Not sure what you need to do to get more/competent help. I just sat in line for 15 minutes and the line never moved. Canceled my mobile order and went home. I'd rather buy Wendy's thank McDonald's. But I am in and out In 2-3 minutes across the street. Sucks that breakfast starts late now too. This place will be closed if they cant figure it out. No one wants to wait that long for a frosty

No one here wants to work. They're lazy and they do not care about patrons or their workplace. At what will be my very last visit, the lead was on her cell phone, coworkers were just talking in the back, and no one would take our order. We were not greeted. When we finally did get the order taken, the girl got it wrong despite repeating it back each time like a parrot. The fountain drink machine requires you to use your cell phone to dispense...but it only had coke anyway...no one refilled it while we were there. They gave my kid a Halloween toy in December. The fries and the burgers were burned and dried out. They couldn't fill my kids drink and wanted me to pay extra to get a juice box... All this and we were the ONLY people there at 3pm on a Tuesday. Just awful.

If I could put no stars I would avoid avoid avoid. Picked up a chicken Cobb salad for my husband. Looked great till hours later husband is doubled over in pain and very sick. Long story short husband ended up with SALMONELLA POISIONING from the chicken/salad.

The food is okay, (Holly store) always seemed under staffed. Owners don't seem to care about their workers, I have seen many people drive away because there under staffed. Maybe pay them more money

I just went threw the drive thru and got a breakfast meal the fries we’re ok but whoever made my meal and decided to put burnt residue from the grill onto my sandwich that’s was very disgusting & this nasty of you. Why would you do that? Would you eat that sandwich you did it as if I wasn’t gonna open my sandwich and look at my sandwich that was very nasty of you and I worked there, so that was very rude of you I was gonna come up there and turn around and come back up there and complain, but I’m not about to do that I’m just gonna write a review on here and I’m gonna just let everyone know because I feel like it was purposely done if you ask me I wish I had videos and pictures but my instant reaction was to just throw it out the window after I just was disgusted at my sandwich

This is the first negative review I've left in a long time/years. We Went through the drive thru and I forgot to remind my husband to order my apple pecan salad with out the blue cheese because of my allergy to mold/the Blue cheese so when we pulled up we politely asked the lady at the window if they could put a different cheese on my salad. She also put 2 of the discusting things in our bag. I touched the salad on the top and she took it back after my husband handed it to her and said it was not correct. I just wanted to make sure we were not over charged for 2 salads when I can't even eat any of it. She gave us the biggest attitude I have ever gotten at a fast food place. I will never go back to this Wendy's. She wouldn't take it off the bill and she didn't want to give us a receipt. We asked for fries without salt and of course the fries also had salt on them.
