Ordered online. Got confirmation email as well as order ready status from app. Went to pickup and told me they do not have the order in their system. Showed them the app showing it's ready at their location. Manager said there's nothing he can do. Since I paid online the charge was already taken out of my bank account. Manager said I would have to pay again.

The past year that we’ve been ordering from the Ortonville location our howie bread comes burnt and hard as a rock. This time we ordered and there was little to no seasoning on it, it tasted and felt like eating cardboard. I keep going back hoping they’ve improved something but that still hasn’t happened. And no other hungry Howies location I’ve been to has this issue so it must just be an Ortonville problem. Have had MANY disappointing dinners because of this

Terrible food. I'm not the type to complain about food but this is the 3rd time they've messed up my order. Just a simple personal pepperoni and bacon pizza so it shouldn't have been hard to mess it up, but they burnt the life out of the bacon and the bottom of the crust.

I like the online app a lot. The thin garlic poppy seed crust with pepperoni cheese and pineapple is yummy and you can save your orders.

The pizza was the worst hungry Howie's Pizza I've ever eaten. I called and they refunded my money by giving me a store credit. It was as if they dipped all of the dough for the Howie bread in cornmeal and was completely covered. You couldn't even taste the dough. You can only taste corn. I will never go to this location

My husband made a online order at 6 pm and at 7 Doordash texted him stating we wouldn't be receiving our order until almost 8 pm!! My husband called up to the store and what seemed like a ignorant teen answered the phone and gave him attitude and also informed us that they get door dash on Mondays and Thursdays for their deliveries. Needless to say we got our pizzas but they both ended up being burnt! We have been loyal customers for the past 14 years but that ends tonight.

Terrible. The order showed up 50 minutes late. No dipping sauces for the bread, one pizza missing the extra cheese, one pizza missing the ranch crust, both pizzas burnt and the cookie was burnt to a crisp. I called to speak and they ignored. I sent a note through the app and they ignored. I called the corp office and they confirmed the ticket and made another attempt. This too was ignored.1 star is too many. These clowns do not deserve your hard earned money.
