Will NEVER go back!!!! I went through the drive thru today and order a #1 with onion rings and a 8 pc nugget. Was told to pull around to the front to wait for the order. Waited almost 25 minutes and no one came out when I went it to ask what was going on I was stuck at the counter for about 10 minutes with nobody even acknowledging me but yet looked and seen I was there. When they FINALLY ask what I needed the young girl who took my order was like "oh what did you order" she had to go back to the drive thru order computer and pull it back up they did not even have my food ready so I had to wait another 8 minutes for my food and all she did was look and me and go "sorry about that" when she handed me my food. Very disappointed and will never go there again!!!

Five people in line inside. Waited 5 minutes no one came out to take anyone’s order at all. Eventually just walked out, if you go here be ready to be there 30 minutes before you get your food

The employees were very rude I asked what was taking so long and I was told they will be with me asap it took 20 min they were standing around doing nothing talking making no food after they said they had a large order they were making but no one was in the drive threw no one was inside but the employee they lazy and rude and I'll never go back there again

Got here with a mobile order, finally got to the speaker after about 15 minutes and then had to wait at the speaker for like 25 more minutes then when we got to the window they told us that they couldn’t give us our ice cream or shakes. Didn’t like it at all
Didn't inform that they didn't have ice in the drive thru. So a warm drink. Lied about a drink being discontinued or very poor signage. 15 min wait for a sandwich of they don't want to work that's fine just say they are only making chicken fries at this time.

Using the mobile app is pointless with this location. "We wait for you to get here before we make it" that defeats the purpose. This place is just slow in general as well. Make sure you have a good 10 to 15 min to wait to place your order.

35+ mins from entrance to drive thru until I received my food. Unacceptable BK! 15 MINS in drive thru and at least a 20 minute wait after being asked to pull around. I had to go inside the restaurant to ask about it and was told I just ran it out! I did get my food tho.

Ordered the big fish, very disappointed very thin, overcooked and dried out. Smaller than the bun. I could not eat it. Cheese burger and regular burger however were ok.i can't share the pictures I took.
