We will NEVER order pizza from here again. We ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party. I called the night before and was told that I did not have to call ahead for that many pizzas and that they could be done in about 25 minutes. I called back the next day more than 2 hours before we would need them. The guy that answered said they needed 24 hours after giving me a little attitude, he said we could go ahead and order them and they will have them ready. When I ordered them, the girl I spoke to gave me a deal which I did not ask for but was happy they could do that for me, for that we gave a big tip. Well, we pick up the pizza and everything seemed fine UNTIL one of the guest found hair in their pizza. I am not talking about one strand, BUT multiple strands of hair baked into the pizza (pictures attached- the picture of the hair on the table was what was pulled out of the pizza). I want to throw up when I look at this! How disgusting! One strand of hair, maybe, but THIS is gross!! Thankfully the manager voided my transaction and we were not charged for this nastiness. We didn’t even check the other pizzas, they just went on the trash.

I was sent here for a DoorDash order on Thanksgiving Eve upon arrival I noticed every parking spot was full and That worried me. Once I walked inside a few of my friends including a teacher told me that they have been waiting there for over an hour. Seeing as I had to be delivering it in a timely manner DoorDash messaged me and told me that I can leave the order without penalty. I chose not to just for the fun of it. The worker was very rude to every person/customer. Yes customers are making snide remarks because they were waiting for 3+ hours, but if you were that understaffed quit accepting orders, And kindly tell each customer that comes in that it's gonna be a Minute not be rude to them for wanting dinner.

The last 3 orders have consisted in extreme long waits no exaggeration 2&3hr waits on a 40 min told time of waiting. With excuses of tracker being wrong, people clicking the wrong things, and just a mix up of tickets. Items have come wrong and cold and tough. I don't leave reviews but I feel they have fallen apart the last 4 months and hope they can get themselves back up. But writing this review to inform people that you will eventually hours later get your order.

The manager here and staff are very rude and do not have the knowledge how to treat customers. I requested no corn meal on my pizza and the manager made a big deal about it in front of everyone. Made me feel very little. Oscoda Michigan needs training how to treat customers and better training on how to make pizza. Will not order here again till things change. What's real sad I travel from Lincoln Michigan to get bad service.

Tourists beware, read the reviews... 100's of single star reviews can't be wrong. Placed a very simple order at 7:30pm having it delivered to the local holiday inn, was told :55 minutes just to be safe. 1:20 minutes later I call back to learn the order was never processed due to lack of address. Worker apologized and promised food. I received 1 large 1 topping, cheese bread and a 2liter at 9:50pm. The I'm sorry I got was a coupon for that location only....I clearly don't live here and would never subject myself to such horrible service and poorly thrown together pie again.

We ordered a Cajun Howie bread and it tasted so much like cinnamon - it was obvious they made the sweet Howie bread right before and didn’t even bother to slightly rinse the pan.
Also the crust seasoning was so overdone it was like a 1/2 inch thick on top of the crust.

Whats going on with the AI when ordering delivering? It's messed up so many times and even charged us for 16 ranches once.
Love Hungry Howie's. Food is great. Service is good. Only criticism is that when eating in, it can be too hot and stuffy inside the restaurant.

Everything was good until I bit into a slice that had what seemed like a piece of sausage on it but almost broke my tooth because it’s some type of bone I assume. I’m not bashing this establishment but for the future I think be more cautious of your suppliers I know things can be easily missed. I just wouldn’t want someone else to actually break a tooth.

Don't get Sprite out of the pop machine, it's full of ants! And we didn't get a refund. They told us to get a different flavor! 😆 so, coke will hide the fact that ants 🐜 are coming out?
