Just came by and got food, was exhausted from wife giving birth the last two days and I could tell the manager was a little stressed (understandable) but he didn't let it affect his customer service and I can tell he takes running his shifts seriously. Past guest service department manager here and if I worked at McDonald's still, I would appreciate his work ethic and attitude as peer. Thank you!

Went there. They were supposed to replace and order. Got there they act like they knew nothing about it. Had onions on it. I'm allergic, very rude. It's very dirty. I would not recommend! why I was waiting, they messed up 2 people's food 2 times horrible.

They should really change the curbside pick up wait time from 2-5 mins to 10-30 mins of waiting. The fact this McDonald's in Oscoda takes way longer the the McDonald's in Tawas.

I ordered through the app to avoid any possible drive thru lines, but more than once I haven't received my food until the drive thru was empty! Last time I waited for 35 minutes without realizing it because I received a phone call while waiting. When I looked at the time after I hung up I couldn't believe it! I went inside to see what happened to my order and the person stated we are busy! I said ok then please give me a refund so they went to get someone but instead of someone coming to give me a refund they came back with my food??! I should have stayed and checked my order because obviously it would be cold but I didn't feel like waiting even longer. This has happened more than once so it seems like standard practice at this location 😡

Always served old nasty food at this location. It's not that hard to serve fresh food to the people paying for it. Something needs to be done. Fries are always cold and gross and my chicken nuggets are soggy and disgusting. I would rather drive to Tawas to ger McDonald's and that is what I will do in the future
I would like to add that every time I come here is crap! Hiw do you have 5 cars pulled ahead waiting on food? They are pulling EVERY car around to wait on food so we don't run up the timer. Get your act together and make sure you have food for rushes. Should change the category to slow disgusting food rather than fast food.
