mcdonald's got our order wrong told us to pull around and wait. My wife politely said has to get back to work and the lady in the drive through told my wife "well you shouldn't came through the drive through" I'm not impressed

I was VERY pleased with my food && the customer service I received. I had my mother in the car also my 3 children, I brought my mother up there to purchase a puppy which we had in the car also🤣 we just traveled there from Flushing, MI. With 3 kids and Nana lets just say it's was a LONG drive! I finally decided to give in to my children saying how hungry they were 🤣 I'm very thankful I stopped at this McDonald's! We went inside to use the restrooms (Which were super clean btw) and everyone greeted us and had smiles on their faces! (We're not used to that, lol) Which made it even more welcoming! We went back to the car and went through the drive through (ordered on the app😄) and once again every employee was smiling and very nice. The food was amazingly hot and my lettuce was just how I liked it on my McChicken (most times I'm scrapping it off) and for once it was quiet in my car 🤣 (except for chewing) THANKS AGAIN GUYS! You definitely made this trip worthwhile. Forsure! Keep up the good work! Until next time! 🤘🤙✌️

I travel all over the state and my McD's order is the same. Double Cheeseburger, no onion, add lettuce, tomato and mayo. I was coming through Oscoda late night on a Saturday, order on the app and it was HANDS DOWN the best version of my burger I've gotten anywhere in the state. 👏👏👏

If you eat at any McDonald's your crazy. They have the most disgusting food. 1300 plus cows in one burger. Potatoes have to vent for 6 months do to the chemicals they use while growing. I will not ever eat McDonald's.

Food takes to long constantly have to come back for fixes of missing cold or food you can tell sat too long. Talked with management many times to get minimal results with the same excuse it's hard to keep staff. If you need food it's another restaurant if you want something better. Look elsewhere.

People working there rude. Have handicap child & parked in Handicap spot. While eating told we had to move car because a delivery truck needed to park in our spot. Ridiculous!!!!! Will never stop there again.

Came here twice while on vacation. First day completely unorganized, worker randomly wandering around the parking lot with partial orders. Ended up having to go in because the order we were given was wrong. 30 mins sitting there. Figured they were having a bad day:
Ordered a simple happy meal second day, sent to a parking spot to wait. 👎🏻👎🏻 Fast food thats clearly not. And to top it off, the happy meal order was wrong.
