Had a nice time there. Not much to do in Oscoda in the winter, but this place was nice with great food and very reasonable prices. The music they were playing was awesome. None of that rap crap. Just great music from the 70's and 80's. Our waitress was excellent and the service outstanding. Wish I could remember her name. She's still a teacher for special education and has been for 31 years.

I visited this Olive Garden during my route and the experience was solid from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, organized, and felt welcoming when I walked in. The staff worked quickly even with a busy dining room, and the service stayed consistent throughout the meal. The breadsticks were fresh and warm, the salad was crisp, and the portion sizes were generous without feeling rushed or sloppy. My entrée came out hot, well-seasoned, and exactly as ordered, which is not always the case in chain restaurants.
The atmosphere here is comfortable for both a quick stop or a longer break. Tables were clean, music wasn’t too loud, and everything felt maintained. The restroom was also clean, which is a good sign of overall management quality.
Overall, this location delivered reliable food, quick service, and a good dining environment. It’s a dependable option if you want a consistent meal on the road, and I would stop here again.

We have been coming to The Office L & G for years, appreciating the food and service. However more recently it's been a disappointment, even more so today, prompting this review. After placing our order (beef nachos), it took over a 1/2 hour for delivery, even though they weren't busy. We had requested shredded cheese, versus cheese sauce, which our waitress had stated could be a substitution. The nacho arrived at room temperature with cold shredded cheese on top. After a few bites of frustration, I requested if my nacho could be heated. Another 8 minute wait for this, along with a bowl of lettuce, seeing they had forgotten to put any lettuce on the nacho. No apologies were made. We felt that we were inconveniencing our waitress by any of these requests made and left feeling disappointed, deciding to stay away.

Jumbo shrimp and fish cod was raw inside and cooked too a crispy inside. Been there many times and food was good, but this time I didn't even eat the food and left hungry.

I visit oscoda from Alaska 2 weeks every year. Always look forward to Friday perch dinner at the office. This was not one of them. Perhaps bad night? Waitress was useless. Fish/fries were greasy. Out of baked potatoes? No refill on my coffee. And when the waitress brought the creamers in a bowl they had dried food all over them. I'll try again next year. Bummer.

We are in town for a few days and decided to give this place a try. Laura was our waitress and she was so down to Earth, friendly and helped my daughter who is a picky eater decide on what salad to have. All of our meals were great, friendly atmosphere and Laura was simply the best!!! By the 3rd day, the staff new my daughter by her order (she loved it lol)

Can't rate the food because we waited for 2 hours. Then someone was brave enough to come tell us they had no fish. 2 hours. Then we had to pay 28 dollars for the pop and two appetizers. Booooooooooooooo. Taking the menus out of our resort and telling everyone to go to the Hilltop Restaurant. And we had our grandkids with us.

Hole in the wall bar, which are some of my favorite places. Unfortunately the bartenders and waitress looked like they just rolled out of bed. They wear sweatpants and tee shirts 4 sizes too big. very little socializing, definitely did not make us feel welcomed. My wife and I decided to have 1 drink and leave. The place has potential, if the owner wants it to.
