I have never been treated as terrible as a customer. On Friday night at around 8:30pm (they close at 10) I came to this location after a long trip with many issues causing it to be a stressful weekend. My friends and I wanted something quick because we had not eaten for the majority of the day and decided subway since our first choice was closed. We go inside and order, I went first. This girl comes out to make our subs (she had black hair and piercings) and I always greet people and say “hi how are you” and she ignores me. I proceed to give her my order. She gives me attitude on the size of the sub first. I don’t frequent subway so I don’t know the sizes. In the most rude way she tells me “what kind of chicken” with the condescending attitude I have ever heard. I hesitated because I really wanted to give her taste of her own medicine but I was with 2 other friends so I didn’t want to cause a scene so I finished ordering. My friend orders and she totally ignores his greeting as well so at this point we see she clearly did not care about how she spoke to customers. She does not belong in costumer service. As a whole it might not matter but I refuse to go to this subway ever again just because of her attitude and will make sure anyone I speak to skips this location as well. If you do read this and she makes your order, please ask for literally anyone else unless you want to experience 0 star service.

Went in to get food and everything was great until the lady that was ringing people up was very rude to me and several other customers yelling “what’s the sandwich” while rolling her eyes at everyone she was wearing a jersey that said subway. Which people could be nicer.

Touch screen drive thru doesnt have all the sandwiches and it is not easy/fast to use....order your sub and it's wrong Nyway😑 and they'd like a tip😂

These 5 Stars are for the young lady that was so very cool, calm, and collected While working, the floor she managed the drive through and online orders with courtesy, compassion and professionalism. Very good job young lady. I believe her name was Serena.

if you’re going to order food online or through the drive through save yourself some time and just go inside. every single time i’ve ordered something that way it’s been made wrong. i used to work at subway and we always triple checked the receipts to make sure everything was correct on the sub or we wouldn’t give it to the customer. it’s pure laziness and they are just trying to rush through their job. why even offer the service if you can’t do it correctly?

6/16 around 5pm. I had two young girls wait on my daughter and I. The one who started the sub who was rude, even rolling her eyes. When I was still saying the bread and sandwich type she was snapping toasted or not..
The second young lady Ariel (hope the spelling is correct) was wonderful! She was polite, friendly, and so very professional!
This is not the first experience in THIS subway with rude young ladies. Is there ever a manager on site?

I received rude and very unprofessional customer service yesterday while visiting the Oscoda, MI location. The employee refused to give her name and was cussing in front of children even. Sareena also lacked professionalism and wouldn't give her coworkers names. The toaster was down which wasn't a problem for me but seemed to be highly upsetting the workers. I assume you can see it on tape. I was in the store at approximately 5:10pm.

Food normally is good nd organized. My only issue in this location is the attitude of some of the night shift employees. I get it, when they are one hour away from closing the store is a bit annoying that customer walks in and dine in for few min and go. But there is no reason to slam the trash can door to get rid of the customer with a terrible attitude. Is unfortunately and I’m sure the owner doesn’t appreciate that, nor the customer writing reviews of this kind. I think they can do better. This happened 1/31/25 9pm. They close a 10pm in accordance with the online advertising.

I regret to inform you that the DoorDash order I placed for my son and myself prior to the game was not satisfactory. The sub sandwich was not edible and was not prepared correctly. (Cold steak / raw bacon)

Ordered a pizza sub with onions and green bell peppers and got a pizza sub with RANCH AND LETTUCE ON IT. Did not even get what I ordered and i was already at work and could not get a new one. They sounded very unapologetic about it and said they would "try" to refund me. Guess we will see if I get my refund...
