I'm so sad because we loved this place, but what we witnessed today was terrible and I won't be back. It was busy so there was a "wait to be seated" sign. We were waiting patiently behind an elderly couple, one with a cane who was getting very tired from standing. We were all ignored. Fine. You're busy I get it. But when a group of four young adults came in, walked past us, asked the woman at the bakery case for a a table and was immediately seated at the table being cleaned off, I got pissed and I left. Not mad for myself, mad for this woman who was in pain from standing and waiting with a cane. That was her table. That worker should have said "no we have people waiting for tables". I know someone is going to respond to this with some story about how it was okay, but we all know what we saw.

Food was great. Great service. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Always a stop when up north for a long weekend. Come before 9 AM on if you don’t want to wait for a table during summer season. Good food and quick service. Only complaint I have is the coffee is really bad. I think they need to clean their machine. Otherwise it’s great food!
My husband and I went here for breakfast while we were on a trip to Alpena. The staff was very nice and the food was very good. What more could you ask for? I think the decor and setting were very cute inside as well.
