I LOVE this place! We stopped in for a late breakfast today and discovered a nearly hidden delight. The staff are 100% friendly and prompt. Not once did we have to ask for a refill of our coffee. Arlene herself was cooking our omelets, and they were perfect! The banter between the regular customers and the staff was refreshing. No piped in music, and no TV blasting overhead, either. A delightful small-town diner that's absolutely worth the drive. One couple drove up from Kearsley, another from Grand Blanc just to enjoy Arlene's cooking. Great little hometown diner with amazing food. Staff and owner were awesome. Kiddo absolutely loved the chicken tenders. The breakfast was great. We had Corned Beef Hash, Biscuits and Gravy, Full Breakfast and a Ham Dinner. None of left hungry and have enough leftovers for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you! I’d passed this place a few times and wanted to try it but didn’t get around to it. We ended up winning a gift certificate at a bowling fundraiser for Lakeville Basketball. Arlene’s is definitely worth the drive from Davison. Especially since they support their local community. #shopsmall #womanownedandoperated

Super cute little diner in Otisville. Lovely staff and the food was amazing. We came about an hour before they closed in a Sunday (1pm), and we weren’t rushed at all. The kiddo proclaimed they had the best chicken tenders ever! Just sayin, she’s really picky and quiet the ‘Tendy Expert’.

The hours for breakfast and lunch don't mix. I wasn't able to order anything but breakfast, which is not crazy, although I was looking to get a BLT. That is mostly breakfast items but I could not. The biscuits and gravy were decent but lacked any real sausage. The pancake was over cooked and under cooked at the same time? The chef/owner also can't cook a steak to temperature. We sent it back because it was so tough, asked for it medium rare and it came out the second time well done again! The waitress was so apologetic, it was clear she didn't want to upset the cook by taking it back again. She said she would comp it on our check, but I was afraid that she would have to cover it herself. No one needs that kind of stress. This place could go get the slightly expired food at the grocery in town and have better quality sausage links. Don't waste your money here.
