This place is a hit and miss for me. Today was a bad experience. The Frappuccino machine has been down for the past week and a half, and I got an iced coffee instead which got me so sick I was throwing up nonstop just from a drink. My family and I have never had a bad experience ordering quarter pounders or Happy Meals but that seems to be the only thing we ever get freshly cooked and everything else is always disgusting.

They told us to pull around to the front to get out food instead of getting it in the drive-thru. we have been waiting for 15 minutes. I am a very busy person and have no time to wait on lazy employees that can’t do their minimum wage job. I am demanding a full refund and a 100$ gift card for this inconvenience. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. From your newest hater EVER. MONEY. NOW. OR I WILL CONTACT YOUR CEO AND MANAGER.

They got my order wrong again went back up to get the right order. Manager blamed me for error. Was mumbling as she walked away from my car. I pulled around drive thru to ask her what she said. She started screaming i don't have to deal with you and hitting the glass with her finger. At the sign that says they do not have to be abused. How did I do this. I just wanted my order correct

Just went through this drive through two seconds ago and got the coldest stalest fries I've ever received from a fast food restaurant. That's 90% of the reason to go to fast food restaurant. Just close if you can't make it happen.
How about fix your website or online whatever to NOT opened on thanksgiving it would be greatly appreciated. Hope you have a LOVELY! thanksgiving.

Slowest fast food restaurant ever. After waiting long enough to put your car in park in the drive thru they have you pull ahead to wait even longer. It’s a long wait even when you “order ahead” on the app!
