I'm not a fan of McDonald's but this one specifically is the worst I've felt with. I only have McDonald's maybe 2 times a year, and every time I go there, the tell me to pull forward just to get through their line. I pulled forward for fresh fries, get back to work with my food and my fries are cold, not fresh by any means. This otisville McDonald's needs a lot of work before it'll be a decent fast food joint. Bad experience every time. Not worth going back.

Slowest McDonalds on the planet. Don't come here if you have anywhere to be. There was 1 person in front. All I got was a 2 hamburgers and a Sprite. Why are you this slow?

Look out for the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom....only complaint, it shoots toward the mid
I'm convinced they don't even try. Way over priced, and can't ever make the food the right way. Something is always forgotten, left off, or made entirely wrong. This is one of the only places in town to grab something quick to eat, and pricing is becoming ridiculous on top of the fact that it's never right. As much as it costs, I'd at least appreciate it being RIGHT

Not the greatest score. Never put a review on really anyone. Your the number 2 fast food place in our town. I’ve been there 5 times 4 of the times they didn’t have what we ordered. Frozen coke machine down or recycling. Service so so. If your going to charge bigger prices better up your game. Good quality and service. Your no longer the cheaper solution.

Absolute disappointment of an owner yelling at these employees for taking care of one of their own who's had a seizure. The workers are wonderful and I completely understand why they were doing what they did. This woman should not be overseeing anyone and saying God and the community/people come before business.
