I just wanted to thank the Otisville Hotel for hosting our Celebration of Life for my brother-in-law Jim Jaissle's memorial service. The upstairs is newly updated and was very nice to host our family and friends. The owners are wonderful people and they made our celebration very special. Otisville Hotel - definitely recommend ✅️
Rude unprofessional owner that lacks communication with her staff.
Please read before booking this venue!!! We booked a baby shower here and although the venue was beautiful the unprofessionalism of the owner Tami was appalling. We were told we couldn’t get into the venue until 2 hours prior to our event. I called the night before and asked the bartender who was working there if we could come in the night before to do some setting up because 2 hours wouldn’t be enough time. He said “absolutely no problem, we are open till 2am come in whenever!”...read full review
