Always amazing in store, ordered delivery today. Had some issues with my order. They resolved as quick as possible with a perfect response oriented on customer service. That's rare in today's world. Give them your business. You won't regret it.

Food has little flavor and service is horrible. Even though I went in and ordered two sandwiches they didn't get my order right. After the third attempt just settled for what they gave me. Will not be going back.

Super clean Subway. The staff is always efficient and pleasant! Nice portions and special requests were met! We go out of our way to go to this Subway, as the one in our town is not good!!! Great Sandwiches!!!

The workers are usually always pleasant. The food is good, and prepared how liked..this time was just pretzels but they were amazing!! We always get them with no salt and have had no issues!!

I have never in my life spoke to an owner of any establishment that was as ignorant as the owner of Otisville Subway! I'm all about supporting local business but when my order is wrong and over charged it should be made right! Her response was do me a favor and never come back! That's real professional!

Absolutely horrified by what I paid for today, “chicken wings” were just smashed into a solid mass with sauce sprayed over top, couldn’t even tell one “wing” from the next and there was no sauce in the middle at all, asked for extra on the side to be supply for both of my orders of wings and I got one cup of ranch for over 40 wings… absolutely will never be back and when I tried to call and report what happened they answer the phone but leave it off the receiver without speaking or they hang up… will absolutely never spend and other dime at this place for myself

this place is the worst managed establishment i have been to, the owner only cares about money and not the actual business. i witnessed some of the employees get yelled at in an unprofessional manner. Dont go here for food or for employment if you respect yourself.

The owner of this Subway was extremely rude for no reason. I had ordered through their app and after an hour plus I decided to call to see what was going on. I called the number provided by the app and was greeted by a curmudgeon of a woman on the other end. I explained the situation that we had ordered a while ago and she kept stating that this was Door Dash's problem when I did not order through Door Dash, which I again restated that I ordered through the app and this was the number the app gave me with any issues. Then she proceeded to become upset that I called and it wasn't her problem. From what I can surmise, Subway had listed the franchise owner's number as the one to contact. Luckily we were able to cancel the order, without the help of the franchise owner.

To the franchise owner:

One, if you pay attention to your business at all you would probably change the number if you don't want to be bothered during working hours.

Secondly, I tried to talk to you in a civil manner and was greeted with just absolute curtness and discourteousness.

On principle I would never suggest this location to anyone. Go to Jersey Mike's in Lapeer, the ingredients are much better anyway.

Honestly I was let down. I always go thru the drive thru for my order 5/7 days a week but the Mobile ordering hasn't been working with this location. So I decided to go in and get the sub today to use my rewards. The gentleman making my sandwich didn't seem to be in any rush and didn't seem to want to be there. I received the incorrect portion size of bacon as well. It's gonna be a little while before I come back here.

I never leave reviews but leaving this review for Isabella (izzy). Was so impressed with her customer service service. I had issues reading the menu and she went out of her way to help me. Sandwiches were amazing as well

This location is notorious for bad service. This time they loaded my sub with the wrong toppings and when they realized it was the wrong sub they scraped off the toppings and mayo then asked what I wanted on it. I said I'd prefer that we start over from the beginning to which they replied " no we don't need to, see I removed the old toppings"
There were 2 employees at the counter and the other didn't speak up.
Subway is known for being cheap- (1 napkin per person, etc.) But this is a new level of lazy and cheap.
Otisville is a small town without many places to eat so it would be nice if the service was much better.

I frequent this subway! They are usually pretty good but a couple things that turned me off. 1) messed up my sub and I brought it back and they took it back into the restaurant and I thought that was a food safety violation. 2) they didn’t do anything to compensate the customer for having to come back up there. You would at least think they give a cookie or drink or coupon.. oh wait. Another thing I hate about this location. They do not accept any coupons at all. Also they cannot upsize your drinks for you if you order online and any other subway can so that makes me think they just did not want to take the time out of their day to help me.
