I frequent this subway! They are usually pretty good but a couple things that turned me off. 1) messed up my sub and I brought it back and they took it back into the restaurant and I thought that was a food safety violation. 2) they didn’t do anything to compensate the customer for having to come back up there. You would at least think they give a cookie or drink or coupon.. oh wait. Another thing I hate about this location. They do not accept any coupons at all. Also they cannot upsize your drinks for you if you order online and any other subway can so that makes me think they just did not want to take the time out of their day to help me.

1) always running out of Italian herb and cheese bread.2) if you order online they only give you one option for the meal.. small.. and if you try to upsize it to a large they cannot charge you the difference. Other subways can. You do use the same system correct? I thought so. There IS a way to ring it up you guys just didn’t want to take the time out of your day to look for it.3) you cannot use coupons here which is ridiculous because every other subway allows you to!Maybe stop worrying so much about your PROFITS! And worry about your customers and ensuring they are happy and you will indeed end up getting more profits. Everyone! Just go to Davison or clio from now on! Let their food rot then it’ll be rotten like the owners.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars- I would! I frequent this subway often to get dinner for the family. Our normal order is around $70. Today I ordered online two of the subs were Turkey Titans with double meet which we have ordered many times & they are quite hefty. So big, we end up having dinner for 2 days. We got our subs home only to find they gave us regular Turkey subs with barely any Turkey. It wasn't even the size of a regular Titan Turkey let alone a double.I called to get credit for next order or at least a refund since we paid for 2 Titan Turkey's with double meat & received 2 reg Turkey subs with less Turkey than a regular Turkey sub. The store refused to do anything. They said manager would call us right back but she wasn't at the store. Took her forever to call back. Manager refused credit for a future order which she would've made additional sales with us on and shown that the store takes care of loyal customers. This place is a joke! They're always getting orders wrong & way inconsistent with their portions! I called to let them know about charging people for things they aren't delivering.But was treated poorly by manager who is owner's daughter. Well the jokes on them because they've lost my loyalty. You would think a simple credit to a good customer for paying for what they didn't get in their order to begin with would be worth not losing their business for life! That's just bad business if you do the math. I won't be back and I will tell my friends.This subway is cheating their customers frequently!

I really wish the owner would change! My family was trying to do the BOGO sub promotion and Otisville doesn’t do that. Think more about your customers not your money you’re bringing in!!! To travel to Davison Subway isn’t a big deal but I wish you would honor coupons because I live closer to this location!

Got a turkey sub wheat bun didn't taste fresh wanted lettuce but the lettuce they had all needed to be tossed in the trash I waited til I got home to put lettuce on will not be going back to this subway again.

This is a very clean and neat looking store. The sandwich artist are very polite and skilled and produce sandwiches in a very timely manner.Vegetarian options: Almost all of their sub options could be converted into a salad Which is helpful for vegetarians.

Ordered 2 meatball subs. Drove home only to find that the meatballs are burnt. Can't even eat it. Call to tell them we will be bringing them back for a full refund. Was told they don't give refunds. WHAT?!?! wasted my time and money. Will NEVER go there again!!!
