We got a to go order and the food was good. A side salad was forgotten and when I called they said there wasnt anything they could do so that was disappointing. We will try again once the broaster is fixed.

The food was great, wife had the steak, it was cooked to order and delicious. I had the brisket and it was great. The absolute worst service I have ever had. Drinks and order were taken in a timely manner. Side salad took over 30 minutes. Was about 1 hour before we seen our waitress again. My wife ended up eating her side salad with no silverware. When she finally brought I food out it took her 5 minutes to get us silverware. I would like to have the food again but I don't think I'll have enough free time to do it.

Sat outside on the patio and it took 15 minutes to be seen. Left with our tab after 40 minutes to get two drinks, water and appetizer. Third time in a row where the service was really really slow. Sad to see because the food is good, but bad service trumps.

The wait was far to long when there where only four tables of customers. There where others that walked out. Service was subpar, and we tipped accordingly. The food was your typical bar food so nothing special. We will not return!

I just went there Friday. It was late and they normally don't seat people at 9:30, but they made an exception for me. The cook made me a fabulous plate of broasted chicken, tenders, and potato wedges. It was out in 2 minutes. It was spectacular. The cook(I apologize for forgetting her name) and the bartender(Corinne) were so exceptionally nice and friendly. We struck up a conversation that lasted an hour. It's a quaint, comfortable, and clean spot. I didn't get a chance to taste their smoked meats, but I'm going to the next time I go up there. So, if you want great chicken and BBQ meats along with amazing service, go to Brewster's! I sure will every time I'm in Otsego!

I dined outside on the patio. The service was fast and efficient. Heather is the absolute best server in the entire Otsego/Plainwell area. The food was fantastic! I had the smoked wings and green beans with mushrooms and onions. This restaurant is such a hidden gem!!!

We ordered some of their brosted chicken July 31.What a piece of crap.Red colored and dry dry dry.They know nothing about how to truly make chicken really tast good.Will I ever buy from them again? NEVER AGAIN.A total waste of my money.
