This location has gone downhill over the last year or so. I used to love this store but recently they have consistently made mistakes in my orders and the food quality has not been great. Usually, when a shop is busy you get fresh food for the extra wait. Here the food never seems to be hot. I’m a little sad because we really like Culver’s

Crazy that when you ask for a concrete mixer with extra topping you barely get any. Been to several other Culver's and when you say extra you can actually taste the add in, but this one in Plainwell you are lucky to get two bites that contain your added item. Good luck getting a decent concrete mixer.

Every time we order to go and when we get home the order is wrong or missing an item. I know that we should check the order before we leave but I don't want to hold up the drive through. It should be the employee to check the orders and make sure that they are correct. And the fast food workers want more money. Start taking pride in your work. It wasn't this way 30 years ago. The workers theses day only care about how much money that their going to make. Said said said.

They have a most excellent coffee from blue spoon, a very special blend. It would be worth it just to go there just for coffee. I had a BBQ roast beef sandwich, was great!

I order from this location a lot, and the food is always perfect. If theres a long line, you can get through quickly, and everyone offers service with a smile. Everyone at this Culver's location deserves a raise; they obviously work very hard!

Just left. 2;30 8/21. We were greeted in a very nice way. The restaurant was very clean. All unused tables were clean. Food came out fast. And hot. We were also thanked for coming in. Great job!
