Best restaurant in Otsego. Great food and everyone is very friendly.

Slow, so slow you better have an hour or more for breakfast. Food is decent, but will take up to 20 minutes to get a seat as they sometimes don't seat in order. They have 2 entrances and don't honor where you are in line. Then you are invisible to the waitresses who either won't take your order or won't cash you out when you're done. Been waiting 10 minutes as the waitress walks buy over and over with my bill and credit card on the table. (EDIT, the person replying to my review isn't really addressing the waitresses lack of attentiveness or how they seat people, or how after you get seated it can take 15 minutes to get a waitress to come over, but instead the turn the criticism on me as if it's my fault their waitresses have ADD. Many friends have had similar experiences here)

The food isn't anything to rave about although I wish it had been. Came here yesterday morning at about 8:35am Order wasn't taken until 9:10am. Told my mother we'd walk out if our order wasn't taken before 9:10. We didn't leave the restaurant until almost 10am. Waitress was basically nonexistent. Was really looking forward to trying some pie after being promised by our waitress she'd bring a list. Judy herself was very friendly. Won't be returning because they had a chance for a great first impression and failed to do so. They also overcharged us for tax. Have a feeling they do this for everyone or our waitress can't do basic math. Our total was 30 after tax according to their calculations. Our total pre tax was $26.2. The correct math would have made it $27.77 total. Not over $30.

The quaintness of the atmosphere and the friendly and prompt service earned this small-town diner it's overall rating. The food was good, but not great. My biscuits and gravy were fine, but my pancake was slightly undercooked. Not to the point of me telling the waitress. I would go there again. However, on my next trip I would stick to the savory side of the menu.

Weird place. Mediocre, almost unappealing food. NewsMax was blasting from the TV so that was pretty offensive to human decency.

Loved this place. It is what America is supposed to be. It is what we can be. Everyone was friendly from the patrons to the staff. The food reminded me of something my grandparents would cook. My daughter even noticed that almost everyone was off their phones having conversations. So happy to be there with my daughter for breakfast this morning.

Country fried steak is amazing! Hungry man breakfast is good also very reasonably priced amazing service!
An old fashioned breakfast diner. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted like breakfast. The staff was fast and friendly. You could spend a year looking at all of the pictures on the wall. Nothing else to report here, moving on to the next city!
