I'm sorry, but I've been going to this subway for over 8 years, and since the new owners took over, it's extremely dirty. Workers try hard, but can't communicate, or make a sub to order. They have no idea what a salad even is.

Really poor representation of Subway food today. I would have thought I got a jr sub if I didn't know better. Extremely small and half the usual amount of tuna, as was my sons chicken sub. The churro and pretzle were so tough, we literally couldn't eat them. I'm not a regular at this location, so maybe it was just an off day, but way below standards on my visit.

This subway is actually the worst one I’ve ever been to. The bread is always hard, they hardly put any amount of veggies/meats but overload your sandwich with the condiments leaving you a soup of sauces inside stale bread. The pizzas are always cold in the center making it so you have to go home and finish cooking it.I will not ever be going back to this subway and will make sure the people I know don’t go either so they won’t have to deal with such an unsatisfying experience. It’s so much more worth to drive to Owosso or St. John’s in order to actually get good subway

Sat in the drive thru ten minutes waiting for assistance. Honking horn and yelling eventually someone running to the door from there car at this point I will not spend money here. A call before this asking for the owner resulted in being hung up on

Dryed out bun. The two guys didn't understand English very goodWarm the meat not in the bun. Six times before one caught on.
New owners, towns people said it was terrible but I wanted to see if it was true... well it is ... one poor guy trying to work half the lights out due to electrical issues. 26.00 dollars and 20 minutes later food wasn't very good. I can see this location closing.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Doesn't have anything. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet wouldn't flush. Waited ten minutes for service, smelled really horrible, and an employee was sitting at a table without shoes on, tables weren't cleaned. It was not a very good place to be.

This was not a good experience. Not sure his name but it was a African American black guy who took our order. He had a strong accent we could barley understand him. He mumbled half of the time. I said I wanted the Philly and he still needed me to say each thing I wanted on it. He burned my and my friends sandwich. He didn’t even put the right cheese or dressing on my friends. This was an awful experience

Bad experience. I will not return to the Subway in Ovid. Waited in line for 20 minutes to order because there was 1 person working, customer in front of me had worker remake sub because the bread was hard. When I made my subs the whole container of lettuce was brown and wilting, limited topping options, Sprite did not have any flavor. Overall a bad enough experience to not have me return.
