Had to alter my first review for this place went through the drive thru last evening order the family's food and I ordered mine ordered the new pulled pork sandwich well got the sweet sauce on it with no pickles in all I got home and I thru the sandwich away cause they forgot to put any sauce on it at all which absolutely sucked got no pickles like i asked but absolutely no sauce what so ever which made the pork dry as hell

Girl at drive thru was very short with us and rude. Didn't get her name. Bad enough this place/company is expensive.
I bought chicken tenders, which are normally good, but I got some today 12/2/24 and they were very hard. Couldn't even bite them. Maybe they were under the warmer ? They usually make fresh ones. Very dissatisfied.

2 chicken sandwiches, arbys sauce, and a large coke. I had a frontal lobe stroke and even I can remember that. But nope, every time, no arby sauce. It's NOT hard.

Elma waited on us and was so friendly and fast! She even was walking around checking on everyone. The food was great as well.
The Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich is absolutely amazing. (I did remove the onion peels up on ordering) The sandwich is flavorful, the BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy but pairs well with the cheese. I love the amount of meat they put on it and I was completely satisfied with the temperature of my sandwich. This location was well worth the bell ring! Clean, service was fast and friendly and the vibe just felt right!
Lady at the window had an attitude and was rude. And my sandwiches were cold. I guess if you don't like your job maybe you should leave, just a suggestion.

Tried the Arby's app to get the Orange Shake! The shake was delish!, but no too crazy about having to walk in the establishment to pick up order? or the fact you cannot order a soft drink without all that ice ? no wonder why McDonalds is kicking it in the app realm..you can customize ANYTHING on their app.
