I wish I would of taken a picture but unfortunately I did not, I asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich, I check it seems good, I get down the road, open it, theirs cheese stuck to parts of my sandwich, oops they put cheese on it and instead of remaking it, tried pulling it off, I go back and speak with Abby, she didn’t seem to really care, gave me a refund and actually asked for the small pop back, that was half gone!!!!! Get it together! Will not return

I don’t know what you guys are doing but my chicken fries were absolutely disgusting they were soggy and falling apart and tasted like they had be put back in the fryer to be reheated which I know for a fact is a big no no these are supposed to be dropped fresh. This place is a hit or miss you have to show up right when lunch starts or you get soggy re dropped disgusting food. Do better

Listen man, this town is currently riddled with dog **** service and it seems that the owners of establishments could give a **** less because “f you, you’ll buy it anyway”
HOWEVER, this is not the establishment for that! I stopped in on lunch at 1:23pm today and from the moment I pulled up the drive thru, the “you rule” mentality was bestowed upon me!
The woman taking my order was happy, jovial and was a very nice brief conversation! The girl at window #1 was friendly and praised her co-worker who took the order. The girl at window #2, smiled, asked me how my day was and was so gosh darn friendly that I thought I was in another universe.
All this to say, fast food is a dime a dozen and we all know it’s horrible for you. We’re America, we’re addicted to it and whatever. The way you stand out is by having a top notch experience.
I don’t know who reads these reviews, I don’t know if you’re even going to relay the message, but please person of ownership of the Google profile, thank you employees from this day. Give them a little bonus, an accolade or an award or something! Employees like that don’t grow on trees in this day and age.

Double and triple check your order. I went through drive-thru and had an order for a family of 4. I had to ask for my 4th drink, and they only gave 1 straw for all is to use. With my order, I asked for 2 medium fries, 1 large fry, and a medium halfsies. All I got was 2 small fries.

I went to the drive through and placed my order. I was asked to repeat the order. The order never appeared on the screen and was asked “no mayo on that?” I backed out of the drive through and went to Culver's instead.
I have gone to the Owosso location a few times and the food is ALWAYS cold and the fry container is ALWAYS half empty. I recommend going to any restaurant other than BK.
Well this was a weird one! I had a virtual Burger King gift card on my phone, and the lady said they dont take them! In my head I was, like, yeah right! So I walked halfway way home, just to think, I can probably you it on the App. And sure enough, I could! And I sware that employee was the manager, that told me they dont take them, when in fact they do!

I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, my experience was fantastic! The manager, who had glasses and long hair, truly stood out. It was heartwarming to hear him encouraging his team, telling them they were doing a great job and to keep up the good work. His positive attitude created a friendly atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable. It's very encouraging to hear the positivity flowing through this manager and his workers. Unfortunately my daughter has had the exact opposite in both of her work environments, so knowing what she is going through, to hear encouragement like this really hit home. ❤️
The employees were not only efficient but also seemed genuinely motivated, likely inspired by their manager's support. The food was delicious, as expected from Burger King, but the exceptional service really made a difference. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming environment!

I am not normally the kind of people to leave reviews. In fact this is my first time ever. But I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I keep trying to give Bk the benefit of the doubt but literally the last 3 door dash order I have ordered I have been missing over half of my order. When you call the location their employees are rude and don’t care that they messed up your order and tell you it is not on them on why you didn’t get what you ordered. I seriously highly recommend to avoid this location.
