I always ask for extra sauce and to add cheese to my wraps, I pay for it....never actually get extra sauce and it's hit or miss on the cheese!! Can't put a survey in, cuz the receipt is so hard to read!! Wish there was a different one on my way home...would definitely go there instead!

Shout Out to Burger King in Owosso for their awesome service today. I tried ordering online and goofed that up, So I called the store, spoke with Miranda who told me she would help me if I came in so I could get the deal on my mobile order. When I got there they were quite busy and Miranda wasn't able to help me but I was helped by someone else who was able to get me all situated and the deal I wanted!While they rocked out handling a mishap and a full lobby, and a pack drive-thru :-)

Ordered new mushroom and Swiss got home and it had American cheese on it. Few days later went back and ordered another. I asked cashier about it. She said they ran out of Swiss so substituted American. I said don’t you think you should tell customer and she went silent. I didn’t order mushroom and American!!
