Ordered 2 pizza and bread bites at 745. Did not receive pizzas till 945, the app said it was put in the oven at 846, say it takes 15 minutes to cook I’m not really sure. Then I called to ask if there prep and cook times really coincide with there progress in making my pizza, I got the excuse that two people called in and the app should’ve told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait, then, after I explained the times to her, she sat silent, and I asked how we were going to handle this, and she continued to stay silent. The only way to resolve this with me is to take 10 pizzas to the Owosso homeless shelter. Hope they get there fresh!!

Ordered online as told by employee to get a coupon order. Arrived for pickup and told 30-40 minute wait. The lady in front of us was told 30 minute wait for her online order. We canceled our order as did she. Looked at the online order and it said someone was preparing it. (They weren’t) We were both told “we aren’t prioritizing on line orders, we are doing call in orders.” We tried to contact corporate and it can only be done by email or text. Translated, they don’t want to be bothered. We drove 15 miles one way then back with no dinner. Won’t happen again.

I ordered online and the app told me that my pizza was done and waiting for me before I got there but once I got there, I still had to wait more than 15 minutes standing there. There was only one other customer in there. Not very happy at all.

I needed a gluten free crust. I ordered sausage, mushrooms, onions, and spinach in addition to the tomato sauce and cheese. I picked up one of the best gluten free pizzas I have eaten in several years! Perfectly done! I will be returning soon.

I can't believe how much this store has changed, for the worst. I've ordered for almost 30 years and never had any complaints, but you've shown me in the last two weeks that you no longer want or need my business. Twice in two weeks I've had to order somewhere else just to get a meal. Can't afford to pay two businesses just to get a meal. Sorry, but I am deeply angered after giving you the benefit of the doubt.

I only come maybe once a year, but when I do - the last two times I've placed my order for car side pickup. I waited 10+ minutes outside assuming it was still being cooked. Each time I came inside and it had been ready. I don't know if the app offers the option, but the store doesn't do it? I'm not sure. However, the pizza was good lol

This place is so hit or miss its rediculous. Multiple times ordered from here and it took over an hour to get the order. And we live less then a mile away. By the time we get our food its cold and disgusting

Ordered a pan pizza near close, cheese underneath wasn't melted, and the dough was raw in most areas on the pizza, should not be able to play with the dough, was frozen pizza quality, shoulda got digiorno. Shouldn't matter how close to close and ordered is it should still be made 100% (being in the restaurant industry) but love the lack of work ethic.

Pizza was overcooked, dry, and cold the minute it was delivered which took close to an hour to deliver no wonder it was cold. When I called the store they said it’d be about 30 minutes to deliver I should’ve known then it’d be disappointing but though surely they wouldn’t let it sit there and get cold well boy was I wrong and they think that points or 20% off will make up for it? I don’t know to laugh or cry if you want hot pizza make it yourself
