I ordered online and I have to say, I ordered it as a treat and wound up disappointed...maybe others can't tell, but the chicken for the 'nuggie' section have changed since I ordered the last time (several months ago, so understandable, but also irritating) and are much more peppery than they used to be. The buffalo chicken I ordered had next to no dressing, absolutely no feta...and, through no fault of their own I'm sure, the handmade pan crust is no longer an option...the only reason I liked Domino's was the handmade pan crust and the chicken...hate to say it, but I prolly won't be ordering from them again...I understand how times can change things, but I'm also upset that I spent $50 on an order we didn't even eat 6 pieces of pizza of...I ate 4 pieces of chicken before I couldn't handle the pepper vs buffalo taste...the only thing that was actually eaten were the bread bites...they were pretty good time wise, though...

Ordered 2 pizza and bread bites at 745. Did not receive pizzas till 945, the app said it was put in the oven at 846, say it takes 15 minutes to cook I’m not really sure. Then I called to ask if there prep and cook times really coincide with there progress in making my pizza, I got the excuse that two people called in and the app should’ve told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait, then, after I explained the times to her, she sat silent, and I asked how we were going to handle this, and she continued to stay silent. The only way to resolve this with me is to take 10 pizzas to the Owosso homeless shelter. Hope they get there fresh!!

Ordered online as told by employee to get a coupon order. Arrived for pickup and told 30-40 minute wait. The lady in front of us was told 30 minute wait for her online order. We canceled our order as did she. Looked at the online order and it said someone was preparing it. (They weren’t) We were both told “we aren’t prioritizing on line orders, we are doing call in orders.” We tried to contact corporate and it can only be done by email or text. Translated, they don’t want to be bothered. We drove 15 miles one way then back with no dinner. Won’t happen again.

I ordered online and the app told me that my pizza was done and waiting for me before I got there but once I got there, I still had to wait more than 15 minutes standing there. There was only one other customer in there. Not very happy at all.

Placed an order for delivery waited over a hour. Then I decided to call to see what the deal was and was told that it would be over another hour . You guys should reach out to your customer if you are that backed up thats why we provide are info.

I needed a gluten free crust. I ordered sausage, mushrooms, onions, and spinach in addition to the tomato sauce and cheese. I picked up one of the best gluten free pizzas I have eaten in several years! Perfectly done! I will be returning soon.

I can't believe how much this store has changed, for the worst. I've ordered for almost 30 years and never had any complaints, but you've shown me in the last two weeks that you no longer want or need my business. Twice in two weeks I've had to order somewhere else just to get a meal. Can't afford to pay two businesses just to get a meal. Sorry, but I am deeply angered after giving you the benefit of the doubt.
Your open till 1 am were calling at 1100 pm and the phone line says your closed and website says down 2 days 8n a row I've tried ordering yet I see the cars out del8vering
