I have an avocado allergy (not anaphylactic shock, but still hospital visit if bad enough). I order a meal that doesn’t use guac/avocado but cross contamination can still set my allergy off. I asked if they could use new utensils (or just make sure they haven’t handled an avocado recently) and was flat out refused. I could not believe what I had heard. This was after being placed on 20 minute phone call hold, and no answer. My delivery driver had to inform me of all of this. (I have eaten here prior in restaurant and asked for the accommodation, wasn’t refused, but still had a reaction later that day).Food was delicious the one time I had it. Unfortunately the service is left to be desired.Dietary restrictions: Does not accommodate for allergy.

We enjoy the food here and have always had good service. We walked in today at 8:25 PM and were informed that the grill closes at 8:30 PM. The website says they close at 9 PM and it is posted on their door that they close at 9 PM as well. Just disappointed that the grill closing time does not match up with the time posted.

Family of 20 went, we loved it. I got a steak taco and boy oh boy the red sauce, the cheese, omg just so good. And they didn't skimp either. Anyways, whole family loved it not a single complaint. (We went around a year ago but I never left a review so I figured I would lol)

Very authentic feel. From the atmosphere, to the employees, to the food. All is very good. I can never make up my mind what I want each time I go. I do know I have to have the guacamole each time.

I have been to multiple different el potreros and this one in owosso is the worst I’ve had I will not be coming back I order an el guero special to go for about 17 dollars and I got next to no food the shrimp isn’t cooked entirely the place looked a lot dirtier then other locations I have been too and the chef should know better so now I ate what I could and I’m still hungry and I’m down 17 dollars I want to clarify I love all the other locations but the owosso one is terrible
