What is happening? $50 for two pizzas and we can't get our food delivered on time? Online says 45 minutes and we're at an hour and a half and it's still not here. We live 5 minutes away and it's 2pm on a Sunday...
Update: it was also cold. This is just unacceptable.

Was a little out off by the women making the pizzas not wearing gloves. Touching her face and then putting her hands right into the toppings. Not to mentioned she had extremely long fingernails. Everyone else was wearing gloves besides that one employee.

This place is hit or miss. Occasionally you get top level pizza made with care. Other times you get a burnt Crust mess. Could be the sketchy employees, could be the oven needs maintenance. When you do get a top level pizza it is worth it.

It's all about franchise owners. The owner needs to step up that uniformity with being on brand. The appearance of one delivery driver is disappointing and this transcends in to overall perception of whether you feel good about the food. Management is diluted in assurance of well trained younger staff. This location is disjointed from keeping with brand professionalism, food quality, an palatable mouth feel good quality. Again, it's all about poor management, not subordinates. I have read reviews about delivery issues, but having been in the business as DASHER, the problems persist with customers failures to give accurate direction especially for apartments and trailer park deliveries. I have had good experience with delivery, that is a plus other than one drivers appearance.

Food is always hit or miss. When it’s good it’s really good but when it’s not, it’s pretty bad and doughy and cold. I’ve picked up a few times and sometimes I have to wait an extra 30 minutes, it really seems like it depends on who is in the building that day

Please, stop doordashing from here. They make us wait atleast 25 min everytime... its not worth it for us and you effect our ratings when we have to turn down orders
DIRTY! Watched the cashier go from handling money, to using an old rag out of some water to wipe the counter, the screen, and the cooler doors. Drops the rag in water and goes straight to putting cheese on pizzas. 🤢. Our order was est to be done 45 mins ago. So a take out order has now taken over and hour since ordering, and still waiting. I recommend going elsewhere.

Delivery was great my pizza was not what I ordered the pizza was burnt the crust was cardboard so I I ate the overcooked chicken and bacon will not order from there again

Yikes I’m sorry to say, but I have to make the proper review especially seeing as how many bad reviews there are. This is the second time we’ve had it and this is the best pizza by far in this area that we’ve been able to have we go shopping at Walmart and then go get the pizza and eat it on the way home. It is a bit high price but you get what you pay for.

Everything is over priced including this place but if you want to wait over two hours for your pizza and then be told when you call to ask a status “ohh we’re just behind. it’s made. it will be there” …when it finally shows up it is cold and as if it sat out all night. We tried to mix it up and give this jets another chance but all three times we have ordered from this location it has been a disaster. STAY AWAY!
