I just got an order that I placed inside and a sweet Girl helped me With everything because the app was messed up and I was so frustrated and I was already having a bad day and she made it a lot better and I’m so grateful. It’s nice to have some good customer service nowadays. Her name was Matracia and I’m very sorry because I probably spelt it incorrectly. But I just wanted to make sure that she knows I appreciated her.

A friend and I went for lunch on 11/6. My friend ordered something and stated it was not good only to me. The young lady who runs the store (Violet) I believe must have overheard and immediately offered her another sandwich and/or her money back. The way she approached this in my opinion was actual customer service you rarely see anymore. She is doing a great job trying to make sure her customers are happy. She gave her a full refund and offered her chips for free on her.

Bad experience tonight. Usually don't visit this location just because we were passing thru. Extremely loud music blaring when we walked in as if you were walking into a club loud...like alternative heavy metal. Continued to keep it loud so she could barely hear our order. No other customers in store. We were in a hurry tonight to get home with our to go subs because we has been gone a few hours...we ordered only 2 subs but they took way too long like so long I kept looking over the counter to see what the heck was happening. One employee working the line for whatever reason while one stood around and 2nd putting raw bread into pans. Then.. get handed 1 sub that is not the correct type of sub. What is going on?

Stopped in Saturday afternoon around 3:00. Got two sandwiches with chips and drinks. Everything would have been o.k. except the bread was stale and hard as a rock. After checking the online reviews, I see this place has been getting horrible reviews for over a decade. That tells me that the owner doesn't care. I will not be back to this one. Ever.
This place is gone down hill bad called and ordered food and it has taking them over a two hours to deliver one sub and I am only 8 blocks from the shop I will not order again from this place not worth the money and they sure the hell is not fast at all

We were in a hurry. We were on our way to a meeting and it was storming out.My one complaint is that we ate and we sat up front not in the back and the music was just too loud. It reminded me of being in the 1980s in the mall in one of those stores and the music was you know blaring. The music is too loud if people sitting at the same table cannot hear each other!Now for the good parts let's start with those working. They were funny. They were helpful and very very nice. I thought the girl was putting mayonnaise in the bag with my sandwich and I said I don't like banana issues. Oh no. No, this is somebody else's. Then she started explaining how great their mayonnaise is.The bread was cooked to perfection. It is every time I've been there and then I normally go to a sandwich place and have to have my meat warmed up because it's so cold you can't hardly eat it. Forgot all about that and realized I didn't have to ask them, It wasn't Frozen!
Vegetarian options: Personally I have not gotten their potato chips but I hear they are fabulous. I also recommend the pickle but just be prepared,it is huge, but delicious. And that cookies are delicious and not like that they are wrapped individually.
Kid-friendliness: I can't answer this about the menu but the store itself is kid friendly.

The girl working behind the counter was so pissed off that I came 5 minutes before they closed. Slamming things shaking her head .If it wasn't a online order I was picking up that wasn't already paid I would have left. I will not come again.

we've been ordering from the Owosso location for years, but it seems that recently we've been having an issue with our sandwiches not being cut in half (which we always request)..9 out of 10 times our sandwiches are not cut in half and for some reason, the website does not let us order unsweetened ice tea. So, we were told by one of the drivers to put into the drivers notes that we actually want unsweet tea and not the drink we ordered (because we don't have the option for tea). We have not been getting the unsweet tea, we're getting what we "ordered". The drivers have been very gracious and gone back to the store to get us the tea's, but why should they have to do this!? Why can't Jimmy John's get the website corrected?????
