I rated them 3 stars, then changed it to 2. Normally the service and drink are ok. NYE they were not that busy, our drinks were made wrong. I/we know they difference between regular and diet coke. She would not have them remade. You wouldn't remake a drink that has 1 shot and a little Diet! There are lots of bars in the area... if you need a good drink go to KP!

Outstanding bar! Drinks are the best here. Very affordable. Great appetizers. Good selection. The rest of the food is just ok. Too many burgers on the menu. Not enough regular food. I realize they've fashioned themselves as a burger bar but their burgers are forgettable. Salads are pretty good. I wish they'd bring back their pizza.

I worked there before new ownership and loved it. Now not as much. Prices have sky rocketed. Most of the good original staff have parted ways. I will still recommend a burger from here but am trying to get the point across that you don't fix what is not broken and I would like to give support to the wait staff that have managed to stick through thick and thin.

Jumbo's was a cozy setting. Seemed like young adults were having fun with their group. We enjoyed a few beers and the service was good.

First time here, we both got burgers. Excellent burgers! The Jackhammer and the Down Under. We got the pickle fries and cheese balls also, which are amazing! The wait staff is awesome, and I saw on the other reviews complaints about wait time, but it was Thursday around 5:30pm and the apps came out almost immediately, and the burgers not long after.

The place was dirty, the ceiling fan above us was covered in dust. Or waitress was slow, but she did have a large group of people. I could have had a better dinner and cheaper at McDonald. It was loud in there you could not hear anyone you were with.

Burgers. Are. So. Amazing. We had plans to go to a different restaurant that day, but chose to go here instead because we all wanted Burgers. We made the absolute right decision. To top it off, restrooms were impeccably clean and the wait staff was generally friendly and engaging. The food was beyond excellent, especially the spinach artichoke dip. The waitress told us the cheese balls were better, but I disagree. Anyway, absolute best experience for food I have had in ages.

We stopped into Jumbos for an after dinner drink. We sat at the bar. The drinks were worth the $$ and reasonably priced. The bar tender was very personable. We didn't eat but the food looked great and we could see the men working at the grill. They did a great job and we will be back for a meal in the near future. Nice sized bar & grill and casual and comfortable.

Decent drink variety on tap and bottled. Specialize in burgers with so many delicious kinds. Can substitute waffle fries or sweet potatoes fries for no extra charge. Has a bar feel, but is still nice on the inside. Have a couple arcade games as well.
