You have the absolute best Manager at this location. Mya is professional and courteous, quick to fix any issue. Can't imagine this store being as great without such a dedicated team member leading the crew. Thank you all for the great food and service.

So we order our food was assured everything was fresh it wasn't called had a good kid going to fix the problem then some sassy big mouth little girl gets on the phone with a shifty tone in her voice trying to agitate me so she could hang up on it worked! She pissed me off & she thinks it is over but it isn't coming for your job little girl & yeah I got the food & the pics of it that as a manager you let out the door to your customers UNACCEPTABLE & YOU GONNA LEARN TODAY! 10/11/25 at 7pm manger .

Usually when someone orders biscuits or something like that butter comes with it or ask for extra crispy that's what they should get, no wonder why they ALWAYS hiring bc customer service sucks and would never recommend 🤬

Food is good but they forget literally everythingggg and I mean everything. We ordered large drinks and received smalls. They forgot our sides as well. We recieved a 25% return off our $30 order which is roughly $7. When we go to order our drinks and sides again nothing extra it’s $20 for it to be delivered. Beyond disappointed that I spent $50 on a meal for two didn’t receive stuff and didn’t even get proper compensation… genuinely why has kfc gone so down hill.

Went in for a chicken sandwich, staff friendly and quick. Sandwich was delicious.
Pulled in to get a special I saw advertised. I was told that it is only available online when I was in the drive through. I had to leave the drive through, park, place my order, and then go back into the drive through to get my order. I have no idea why they made that so difficult. On top of that the chicken was greasy and soggy. The fries were cold and it was just a very poor experience overall.

I visited this location on Monday January 13, 2025. I got a small bucket of original all dark. A big side of potato's and gravy. I ate around 1 pm. And around 4 I was throwing up and I became so weak I could barely walk. I GOT A BAD BATCH OF CHICKEN OR POTATOES. I had not eat one thing since the night before. KFC has been my favorite for years but now I'm even afraid to think about it.

ordered a chicken strip meal waited for 15 minutes in the lobby for my meal drive 25 minutes home and there are no french fries with my chicken strips call them up to complain the lady on the phone said she would write my name and order down and they would replace it went back up there four days later and they proceeded to argue with me saying that it must have been more than 30 days ago and tried to not redo my order terrible customer service terrible employees joke of a store
