Horrible customer service. We were made to feel like the biggest inconvenience. No orange cheese anymore? No biggie. Don't be a jackass about it. No plates to be able to give us to go? Okay we're cool. Don't give us the whole spiel about why you can't give plates because you can't get orange cheese anymore and so you don't go out to just get plates because you can't get cream cheese. Seriously. Just let us know that you don't have it or you can't give it to us, and we'll be fine. Treat customers with respect, and we will respect you back.

I'm very disappointed that within the last 15+ years I've came to this location I've bought the orange cheese everytime now they no longer have it and there is no other location has this cheese. I made a moblie order and went to pick it up 10 minutes after getting a notification saying it was ready. But when I got there I couldn't get it from the portal thing. I had to wait in line to get it for the lady to rudely tell me that it timed out. When I know that's a lie ive grabbed my order 30 mins after being put in there and was still able to grab it. On top of all that the breadsticks and pizza doesn't even taste the same anymore. It wouldn't surprise me if they would close down completely soon. With rude service, now crappy pizza, and no orange cheese. Had i known they no longer had the orange cheese i would have never ordered, but i guess it will our last time ordering here

Pizza is everything you need Ina greasy cheap pizza for lunch until everything you've been craving has been ripped away from your watering mouth because some incompetent manager messes up your order, now on your way back to work from lunch hungry and disappointed you call in hopes for a mistake they'd made to be atoned for cheerfully they agree to if you can come back only for you to make the venture back to be thoroughly embarrassed by the manager that they cant remake your order like ANY other restaurant does because if they did they'd lose to much money....to me sounds like it needs new management

a week ago I ordered their pizza puffs and some crazy bread. I live less than 10 minutes away. took over an hour for that one. tonight I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni-no stuffing, just a 5 dollar hot and now. I'm done

Every time I order through the pizza portal online it is timely and convenient. The pizza is hot, delicious and fresh! My son enjoys opening the slot with the code. We think of it as something fun to do together! Our favorite is the extra most best pepperoni pizza. Today (5/9/2024) I walked in to get a hot & ready to surprise my son when I pick him up from his last day of therapy. It took LESS than a minute to get a pizza and check out with a friendly cashier. Now that's what I call great service! Thank you Little Ceasars of Owosso. You'll always have a customer in us!
