They gave me a garlic sauce that was watery, flavorless, and felt like chalk in my mouth. When I called to ask about it the manager got extremely rude and yelled at me to call the 1-800 number and to leave her alone.

Tried to order over the phone for delivery, they dont take debit card over the phone. Soooo obviously some stole a customers debit number and used it. So they are going back to 1980. Then tried ordering online, cant get white cheese online. This place is sorry.

So I ordered a hot and ready with crazy crust. I barely got any parmesan cheese or garlic butter. Not what I was expecting. Other times were worth it on getting the parmesan and garlic butter on the crust

(2025 March edit) Always a lot of staff but always disappointing pizzas. The extra toppings are never an extra amount and I have found hair in my pizzas before from here. (End)
We eat here a lot & we've never had any issues. We've never had it delivered so I can't say anything on that.

Horrible customer service. We were made to feel like the biggest inconvenience. No orange cheese anymore? No biggie. Don't be a jackass about it. No plates to be able to give us to go? Okay we're cool. Don't give us the whole spiel about why you can't give plates because you can't get orange cheese anymore and so you don't go out to just get plates because you can't get cream cheese. Seriously. Just let us know that you don't have it or you can't give it to us, and we'll be fine. Treat customers with respect, and we will respect you back.

I'm very disappointed that within the last 15+ years I've came to this location I've bought the orange cheese everytime now they no longer have it and there is no other location has this cheese. I made a moblie order and went to pick it up 10 minutes after getting a notification saying it was ready. But when I got there I couldn't get it from the portal thing. I had to wait in line to get it for the lady to rudely tell me that it timed out. When I know that's a lie ive grabbed my order 30 mins after being put in there and was still able to grab it. On top of all that the breadsticks and pizza doesn't even taste the same anymore. It wouldn't surprise me if they would close down completely soon. With rude service, now crappy pizza, and no orange cheese. Had i known they no longer had the orange cheese i would have never ordered, but i guess it will our last time ordering here
Pizza is everything you need Ina greasy cheap pizza for lunch until everything you've been craving has been ripped away from your watering mouth because some incompetent manager messes up your order, now on your way back to work from lunch hungry and disappointed you call in hopes for a mistake they'd made to be atoned for cheerfully they agree to if you can come back only for you to make the venture back to be thoroughly embarrassed by the manager that they cant remake your order like ANY other restaurant does because if they did they'd lose to much money....to me sounds like it needs new management

a week ago I ordered their pizza puffs and some crazy bread. I live less than 10 minutes away. took over an hour for that one. tonight I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni-no stuffing, just a 5 dollar hot and now. I'm done
