We have been regular patrons of McAlisters in Owosso since it opened.
In the past we’ve been told to sit on one side vs the other because they were cleaning-2 hours before closing.
Last night we arrived at 7:25pm. We knew they close @ 8:00. The person taking our order also told us. We are very considerate people who wouldn’t want to keep employees past closing time, so we ate quickly. Waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Party of 6 at the table next to us wait for over an hour and got their food 15-20 minutes separate from one another once they finally got it, so weren’t able to eat together per se. Staff weren’t telling people how long the wait was, staff in back seemed to be more talking and not so much doing orders. We used to love Mc Alisters, but todays service was a let down.
They have amazing customer service, great food, and the atmosphere is nice.
