We have been regular patrons of McAlisters in Owosso since it opened.
In the past we’ve been told to sit on one side vs the other because they were cleaning-2 hours before closing.
Last night we arrived at 7:25pm. We knew they close @ 8:00. The person taking our order also told us. We are very considerate people who wouldn’t want to keep employees past closing time, so we ate quickly. When we got up to leave @ 7:45pm the staff had already dumped the tea & pulled the tabs on the soda machine, so we weren’t able to get refills as is customary.
We left feeling very disappointed in the service received. This morning my husband & I both mentioned how frustrated we still were with the experience.
It will probably be awhile before our next visit to this location!

The food was ok not the $50 we spent. The sandwiches were ok. We both like they worth $8-$10 sandwiches and wraps not $15. The Mac cheese was ok, sorta soupy. The nachos was more like someone dumped a bag of chips in a box and put a couple pieces of chicken.

I come here Allot. The food is fresh and I think they have the best quality salads anywhere. Very nice people, and consistent quality.
Had this for the first time over the weekend. Jalapeno turkey sandwich was 10/10 delicious, one of the best sandwiches ive had for a while. Will def be back... Good service, and nice clean place. Staff was nice! Good job guys!

Had lunch at this establishment today. The food was fantastic and fresh as always! The environment was very clean, and all the workers were very sweet and helpful.
The bathrooms were spotless, which I absolutely appreciate! We were greeted warmly when we came in and wished a great day when we left.
I want to give a huge shoutout to (Damoen)
He was very kind and incredibly helpful around the restaurant. As someone who likes to observe my surroundings, I could tell he is a very hard worker. He was going around the restaurant asking people if he could take their plates, checking if they needed anything, and looking around to see what needed to be cleaned or done. He has my utmost respect, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.
Will absolutely be back, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Great restaurant and great service! Thanks for the wonderful experience

They have a lot of hot or cold sandwich options. The meat and bread are always fresh. The potato salad is my favorite side. The workers are always friendly and helpful.

The New Yorker is good, maybe not “great” but I don’t care to rate McAlister’s lower on one item.
