This place is a joke come here every so often for the kids and the food is always messed up no matter how many times you read the order to them. Then you can order a simple burger and no matter what you have to pull over to the reserved spots and wait for 20 minutes no matter if it is busy or not. Half the staff of a joke and rude when ordering or working the drive through windows. Seems about time to either make it more worth the time to work here or find better employees.

Every time I go through the driver through my order always gets messed up. Large fries are only ever filled to the size of a medium, my quarter pounders always have everything on them even though I only want 1 thing on it. Manager told the guy walking orders out that it was made correctly after I checked it when he brought it out the first time I had to take it inside and show them that it was wrong. Drinks are always over Carbonated or I get the wrong drink. Nuggets are always stale. These people need to fix themselves. I have started going to little Ceasars instead of going to these mcidiots

I've been using the app a lot lately. It's worth it for sure. The deals are worth it. 100 points for every dollar spent. Points can be spent on a lot of different options. Always double-check the location for pickup. If you order for pick up on the way home from somewhere, it'll default to the nearest location.

I've been here 4 times and each time my order has been messed up including 2 times only receiving half of a scrambled egg with my big breakfast. Now I'm just going to go to the Owosso location and pull up to the left to wait.
Whoever owns this franchise needs to really consider about cleaning house because your managers are rude. Disrespectful and do a piss-poor job at running staff. There is always a 15 to 20 minute wait through the drive-thru which is ridiculous. I recommend anybody that is in Owosso. Might as well just go to the Corunna one because the one over here in Owosso it's just absolutely terrible
