Would be a lot better if not harassed with the staff member Alyson doing petty things to harass people through orders, like handfuls of pepper packets with every door dash order while she's working to I don't know, prove something??? Idk, but it's weird. Coworkers have admitted it was in fact her childish behavior, and she's mgmt. No longer order McDonalds from the Corunna location simply because of the petty behavior and questioning if she's also messing with the food as well. If we do even think about getting McDonald's, it's in person at the Owosso location.

DO NOT pull around to the front for them it is just enabling them to work slower. I will not be a part of this corporate Deception!!!!!! Your food will come out way faster if you refuse to go around tell them no thank and smile. They can not make you they can only ask.

I ordered my food on Saturday, they had me pull over and wait. After 20 minutes I went inside and the girl says I went out and you were gone I gave your food to someone else. I wasnt gone! Never said we will fix you your order I got a refund and left. Sad really.

I don't think this McDonald's actually serves out of their drive thru window. 9/10 you will get asked to pull ahead for an approximately 10 minute wait. Plan accordingly.

Always cold fries, I don't remember the last time they had hot fries. You would think if they're busy you would get hot fries because they can't keep up. Wrong!!!

I went thru drive thru. There was a wait. But when I get my fries they are cold and stall. Everyone know the best part is the fries. I will not be returning to this one.
So the food was good, hot and fresh. I can appreciate that. What I don’t appreciate is not getting the same amount of a drink when I’m paying $5+ for this crap. One day I’ll get it in a large cup and others in a medium. I add enough stuff that it should be coming in a large and instead you’re shorting me product half the time. Bad business model if you ask me. Please get it together and serve your drinks the same way every time. Unless yall started this because of the monopoly thing, which is silly bc again, IT’S A $5+ DRINK. Thanks.

This place is a joke come here every so often for the kids and the food is always messed up no matter how many times you read the order to them. Then you can order a simple burger and no matter what you have to pull over to the reserved spots and wait for 20 minutes no matter if it is busy or not. Half the staff of a joke and rude when ordering or working the drive through windows. Seems about time to either make it more worth the time to work here or find better employees.
