No one answered the phone so I left a message asking for a return call. I'm a parent wanting to place a delivery order for my college student in the area. Their hours were not posted on their site and after a 3 hour wait I ordered elsewhere. Not cool.

I ordered El potrero. Paid the bill in full. Which I have the documentation. which included delivery charge. After delivery they charged my card a second time for extra delivery fee. I have on my bank statement. Would post if I could. This charge was unauthorized. When I called to tell them what had happened they told me, "the delivery person would not deliver for the price on my bill. So they went ahead and charged my account because the driver wanted more money"They never called me they never asked they never said anything to me. They were not authorized to Bill my card a second time and they definitely did not have my permission. They are embezzling thieves .

I haven't had any problems with Owosso Eats/Local Eats directly until today. Normally it's an issue with the restaurant itself (i.e. food prepared wrong, missing items, etc.), however, that was not the case today. I placed an order at 2:39pm with an estimated arrival time of 3:19pm. Order status changed to "Preparing" at 2:55pm. For previous issues, I was told by Jenny at Owosso Eats/Local Eats that I could text the number provided as it was a cell phone, so I did for an update at 3:24pm. I waited 3 minutes, no response. I called the restaurant and they had no order for my name nor did they have any current Owosso Eats/Local Eats orders. I attempted to call Owosso Eats/Local Eats, rang through to voicemail, no answer. I left a message, hung up the call and then received an automated text saying that my driver just picked up the order. Food arrived at 3:41pm, 22 minutes late. The driver explained that he was the only driver today and had just come from a town over (15 mins away) and that's why it was late. I am not upset with the driver, it's not his fault. I received a call at 4:05pm from Jenny at Owosso Eats/Local Eats asking if I received my order and to verify that it was not left where I put in the instructions to leave the order. I informed her that I did but my original call (which the message explained) was for an update because the app was not updating and the restaurant had no orders for their company or under my name. She informed me that they place the orders under Owosso Eats/Local Eats so it wouldn't be under my name; I understand this but as I advised her previously, it wasn't under my name or /Local Eats per the restaurant. When I asked why I didn't receive a call or text that my order would be late, her answer was that they don't do that. She advised their system is automated and they have no way to track anything other than what the restaurant puts in for updates. When I asked if she was being serious, she shrugged it off and said yeah that's just how it is.

I am posting my review here due to the link that they emailed me to review and give my feedback doesn't work...never has for any of my orders.

This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I will no longer be using Owosso Eats/Local Eats.

First time trying, as a mom at home and live out of the owosso town limit it was really great to get the chinese food I wanted dropped off right at my door! I was a bit hesitent as I never did delivery out here as most place dont go this far sadly. Price was good for coming all the way out here ( ovid). Great communication. Got a text alert when my order was being made, picked up, driver texted saying on his way, even texted saying 3 min away and let him know the car in my yard so he doesnt get confused. Knocked on my door to let me know he dropped it off and left it at my door like requested. Order was all in bag, no complaints at all! Highly recommend!

Food was delivered promptly but prices ended up being double or what I would have paid in the restaurant after they add taxes, fees and a tip that I couldn’t delete nor add to for the driver.

Ive never had a problem until now. My order should have been here over 30 minutes ago. I checked my order status and it still says it hasnt even been made yet. I ordered it almost 2 hrs ago!!!Edit: now after making me wait 2 hours, they finally cancelled my order WITHOUT even calling or texting me to clarify why they cancelled. I will never do business with them again and will tell my friends and family not to either. I am beyond floored with this siuation!

So I made a order at 8 am and canceled it because I realized it wouldn't arrive until 11. It still showed up so I paid for it. Not only was everything cold, the omlette didn't have gravy on it, the toast was soggy, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. 20$ for a unwanted meal that was unacceptable. I will not go through this service again.Update: i received a text saying they were on the way at 11:40ish after he showed up at 11. Poor communication as shown.

Both times I have used the service the food has been cold. Both times they blame the restaurant and say there is nothing they can do about it and I should call the restaurant to complain.

Owosso Eats has Roma's restraint included on their delivery list. This is an excellent restaurant except for the chicken parmisian. Which sorry but the chicken was breade Patty's that were very grizzly and not delectable. Service was very good and kind and friendly and timely. I received this place but not the chicken parmisian dish.

I’ve only ordered through owosso eats about three or four times and the same thing happens every single time, there for I will not be using this service again. I order my food and after an hour passes and the time of estimated delivery passes I call to check on my order, I then get told they are overwhelmingly busy and they will try to get my food to me as soon as possible. All I ask is they update their system to notify if your food will be late so you have the option to cancel or at least know when the food is coming because every time I have waited and had no idea if my food was even ordered or on its way or anything.

Disappointing that they keep canceling our orders. For the last few months we have been placing orders several times per month to even a couple times a week. Our last order was made incorrectly and the lady was very kind and helpful. By the time my corrected order arrived it was cold and I ended up throwing it away. I didn't complain. We realize it was the restaurants error. We also tip 20-30% of our order. I guess that wasn't enough considering our last 2 orders have been canceled. Sad, as I have recommended them to many in Vernon and can not longer do that.Korner Pub I've been trying to support you during this time and do so safely.
