Wonderful service and fresh everything!! They actually really cared for my gluten allergy!

Fast friendly service! The food is great. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We were even given samples to taste to help us decide what to eat.

The food was really good ! Excited about some good fresh falafel

They had signs everywhere that the combo was $2.99 extra for sides with asterisk. Bill was $20 for 1 person for fast food. Sandwich undercooked, middle cold. Charged $4.99 for combo and the rice had no flavor and texture was like there was dirt in it. No one told me they had 2 combo sizes, and with all those signs for the $2.99 combo, no one asked if that's the combo I wanted. Too much money for poor quality food.

We have been twice now. Both experiences were the same. The service was friendly an helpful. They answered all questions and made me feel welcome. The food has been really good. My picky toddler who eats almost no variety had actually eaten things both times here too!

Customer service was amazing!

Tried pitaway for the first time due to the bogo deal flyer sent in the mail. I was a little nervous because I assumed I was going to get a similar flavor to subway but I was so wrong! This is so good! I got the dark meat chicken bowl and it was really good. I added fries to my bowl so they were a little soggy but that's due to sitting during the drive. I recommend eating in store if you get fries in the bowl. The pita is very light and fluffy which is amazing. Alhusein was my server and he was incredibly kind and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I will definitely be back.

We are SO HAPPY to have a Pita Way in Owosso! Even more, we are so thankful for the staff there for making it such a happy and family friendly experience! We really appreciate the free kids meal with adult meal! The only thing I would try to improve is putting in some sound absorption like ceiling tiles or something as the room echos quite a bit.

Staff was friendly but the falafel was way overcooked. It was so dry. I'm disappointed because I've ordered at the Brighton location and their falafel was perfect. It should also be served with pickled beets and we only got the pickled cabbage.
