It was my birthday, and my wife was bringing me home dinner. Food looked like it was slopped into the bowls, they messed up the order, giving me a cup of white rice instead of chips and queso. My wife and I gave the store a call and we're told we would receive a call from the manager. Never got that call. It's so disappointing because it is normally quite good.

Qdoba you need to do better! I just spent $35 on a burrito bowl, nachos, and a 2 taco kids meal. If price wasn't bad enough, I absolutely love paying for a prepared meal that I have to make myself. Oh that's right the kids taco meal comes all separate and you have to make it yourself. Why did I pay for a prepared food that I had to make? To top it off they think they know best and decided for everyone that we don't need straws....... My burrito bowl had very little meat in it...... Very disappointing, I love Qdoba but it's really gone down hill!
I had a wonderful experience, the food was fresh the restaurant was clean and the staff was so kind. The lady with red hair and glasses went above and beyond.

Got charged $17 for a chicken burrito bowl and had the lady argue she was correct.... I paid it so they wouldn't throw it away, but this spot needs to learn how to train new employees. I've been there 3 times in 2 weeks and have had 3 different prices for the exact same bowl and white bag of chips... Been going to this spot for over 7 years, and am thinking it's not worth this anymore

Their food is really good! It's like they make it like they want to eat it! The parking lot is okay! Their in a Great location, and they're Never really busy like that, so you normally don't have to stand in a big line or anything! So this summer get some to go food and have a wonderful picnic with your loved ones!
