the people here are super friendly but ive been here 3x and the order is always wrong. today my drink should have had coconut milk in it, and it's got less flavor than a flavored water.... not really sure what they did but? won't be back to this location.

I ordered a bacon goda egg cheese sandwich and got a sandwich with hair in it..more than one hair .long brown strands. She said it from stringy cheese but I know the difference. Don't try to give an explanation on what it might be and what it actually is. Don't offer to make me another because I will never order another one..Just give me a refund.. Dam!°

My daughter got a gift card for her birthday. Otherwise, I would never go into Starbucks. I think it is average at best food/coffee/snacks/whatever. I have no idea what she ordered,I am so out of touch with why this place is so cool.

Consistent with the newer design aesthetic of Starbucks; at least there is some reasonably comfortable seating in this one; other new Starbucks seem to be discouraging customers from spending time inside by having all uncomfortable seating.
The past 3 times I’ve gotten a hot peppermint mocha, the coffee has been very week. Nothing like you expect from Starbucks. Don’t be cheap and start skimping on the coffee or you will lose business. I don’t think I’ll be going back there for coffee sadly.

I made a mistake ordering and they helped me out without making me feel dumb and made the drink how i liked. They were understaffed and doing amazing regardless. Anyone on cash register today before 2 pm needs a raise.

Did mobile order today only to get to the location and find the lobby was closed….i then had to go through the drive thru and wait 20 minutes for my order.
I order through the mobile app for pick up for a reason. My car is black, I had the top out and it was 85 degrees. Not ideal to sit in a drive thru in full sun.
Maybe best to TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING at that point??

Should definitely put more priority on those customers standing in your lobby than your drive thru. Being left to stand there for 10-15 mins without being spoken to by one employee and they gab about their personal lives is very, very rude and unprofessional.
