Asked for crispy bacon on my foot long and the girl who was doing burnt the bacon and I said that is to burnt. She rolled her eyes and got more bacon and heated it up and burned it again. She didn't spread the bacon out to help it cook evenly. Half was burnt and the other half wasn't even cooked. Pretty sure if I asked her to make it again she would have given me more attitude.

The guy working tonight messed up on my 3 subs because he was too busy checking out the girl working with him. Every time she turned around he whipped his head around to stare. He skimped out on all of the toppings and didn't put dressing on 2 of the 3 subs... West Town subway is way better.

My sube were ready at the promised time and workers were friendly. Restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating.
I ordered a bacon chicken ranch 6” meal and when I took my first bite it was nothing but, bread… as expensive as they are on their subs you would think they would actually put MEAT on the sub. I’m frustrated because I’m not paying $7.00 for a damn bun!!! The kids that work there are all very kind and give great service but sadly they’re trained to put barely any meat in the subs and honestly it’s annoying when you’re paying top dollar for the subs. PUT MORE MEAT ON YOUR SUBS!!!

I got a BLT flatbread the bread was hard and crunchy not warm. I don't live a half mile away. I also got a flatbread Chicken teriyaki did not ask for mayonnaise he put it on. I told him that I didn't ask for it so he just scraped it off. It was cold I will never go there!!!

Bad customer service and subs were ordered online and got home to find out one sub was made with the wrong bread. Also ordered online the store was dead no one there and subs took longer then expected to make. Just was not a good experience staff wasn’t even nice. I even drove around the block to give them more time and came back 6 mins later and they were still working on the subs. I pulled forward to wait another 10 mins for them to make 2 subs. Nothing fancy they had nothing to do but to waste customers time

At Subway the food is always good. Today. Two girls were able to hold down not only the inside eating area, but they also handled all of the drive up orders as well. They did it with kindness with precision and with excellence in my book.

Menu has changed and prices have gone up. $14 for a 12" Tuna meal. At this location I was able to add soup for only $1 more, so that was nice! They have the best cheesy broccoli soup. This location has a drive through, which was slow. I'd recommend going inside for faster service. Staff was friendly, sub was fresh and delicious as always.
Besides it costing $32 for 2 footlong menu subs with no add on's, a bag of chips and a large drink (I'll go to Logans Steakhouse the next time because of the cost factor), it was pretty good. Just not $32 good.
