I got sick after eating here and can't say if it was directly related or not, but I can say that I don't think I ever want to eat at another subway again in my life, and I'm okay with that.

We waited for 5 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, and no one came to assist us. A Walmart worker who was taking her break in subway saw us standing there for a while, asked if we rang the bell and we said we did. The Walmart worker decided to go to the back where the subway worker was standing there doing stuff in the back and said we were waiting, and the Walmart worker left. The subway lady finally came out and asked why we let that happen, and we thought she meant why she let us wait so long, but she was talking about why we let a Walmart worker go back there to get her. So the subway lady got so upset and defensive telling us, “don’t do that, that’s terrifying me standing back there and I turn around to see a random person standing there. You should not be going and getting a Walmart worker to come get me from the back room.” I said to my fiance that we were leaving and the subway lady instantly got even more upset saying she asked why we let that happen and we said yes, and I said “we didn’t send the Walmart worker back there, we rang the bell multiple times and there is an alarm that goes off when people come and go from subway, so you should have heard something. The Walmart worker saw us standing here and SHE decided to go back there. We never asked her too.” I don’t know what the Subway worker was saying, but we just said “no thank you, we are leaving.”

None of the Owosso subways are good if you want a good subway go to the durand location it's the best further drive but way better food way more fresh customer service is better as

They Just changed it. The Now Have Meat. It used to be Pre sliced and frozen. The would have to thaw it out the night before. I Guess it's called Fresh Frozen. Nasty. Now that Jersey Mike's is Close by They decided to Cut the Meat . The Bread is Horrible. Some People like it but Never Again.

To the people of owosso city, coming from someone who worked here first hand witnessed. if you like eating food that has been picked off the floor, cookies etc. be my guest, continue to eat here! They don’t fire staff for that reason.
Went to this location a couple times after moving and every time we (husband and I) went, we kept getting terrible food. The BMT was over cooked, onions too big and tasted bad. Do not go here to get a sub!

Never opened or understaffed. Most Subway's are franchises and I'd put money so is this one. One star because clearly the owner is a cheapskate who doesn't deserve to own a business. The workers I am sure are fine. I guarantee they aren't paid enough or trained enough to care and it's 100% the owners fault.
Snow Removal
What is the point of ordering ahead if your employees don't start making the order until I physically show up to pick it up? Why are they making customer orders ahead of tickets received for online orders and not making online orders until you physically show up for it?
