Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Owosso

Nate was Awesome, got my favorite drink and a compliment lol. I absolutely love the positivity that radiates from h and his coworkers.The Owosso tropical smoothie has always been a great visit in my day to day and honestly probably one of the best franchises I've been too.

Food is good and smoothies are always consistent and good. For some reason the older guy working today was very rude upon delivering my smoothie to me. He threw my smoothie on the counter and said here you go and walked off without acknowledging whose smoothie it was or what it was. It wasn’t busy and he wasn’t the person who took my order so no way he could’ve known it was my order so he was just normally that rude. There were other customers there who just looked at me and then the guy feeling weird because he was so blatantly rude for no reason. The girls there have always been nice and I never had any issues before and even the girl who took my order looked apologetically at me for the guys rude behavior. If I ever see him again I’ll just walk out before putting myself in that weird situation again.

The staff are always very friendly and the food and everything is very good. My only issue is that the smoothies are just way too big for me, I wish there were different sizes (or if there is, it was more obvious)

The quality of the food is fresh and tastes good. Lots of choices and combinations for smoothies. My smoothie lasted hours, very filling. It is quite pricey though, so make sure you like smoothies.

Listen I’m not one to rag on a store but likeI Wanted a peanut paradiseFriend gets back with the order and it’s got chocolate in it. They gave me a peanut butter cup not a peanut paradiseWouldn’t be a problem except I can’t have chocolate.They’ll definitely give you a smoothie just make sure it’s the one you wantedIt was a three item order, one item was wrong and they straight up forgot the third item ?

Went in to order one smoothie, a Bahama Mama and Cory came up to the counter. He acted like it was an inconvenience that I came in to order, I almost didn’t order but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. He didn’t make eye contact, he hit the counter in annoyance several times while I was ordering. Cory was very annoyed that I came in and a women behind me came in and he acted the same way with her. I was very unimpressed, if I could give it zero stars I would.

My favorite place ever! Sometimes the employees are slow. But for the most part they get your things together quick and its always right.

Went in last night to order food and got the worst attitude from the employee at the front counter. I gave 2 stars because there is at least 1 employee that has always been nice and makes a point to acknowledge that she knows our order. Unfortunately last night she wasn't there. Instead we got a sigh and a mumbled greeting when we walked in and when placing our order we got"Yeaaaah we're closing in 9 minutes and not taking food orders at this time"Understandable if they didn't want to take food orders so close to closing time however there's a better way to let someone know than with the attitude that we got last night. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I've worked in the food industry for over 20 years and every establishment I've worked for takes orders up until closing time.Different world now I guess.We didn't even order we just left.

The store manager’s service is attentive, come and eat their combo?

There was miscommunication with the employees and my chicken chorizo wrap wasn’t made. I stood around for bout 10 mins before asking about it and I guess they thought I got it and I was just drinking my smoothie there. Food was good but. Lost my appetite
