I’m am so sick of subpar customer service!!! This could have been a five star review but, the young man at the windows was a nightmare. Here’s a tip. If the person you are waiting on is kind and polite and treating you with respect perhaps you should reciprocate. If your customer said “thank you” reply with “you’re welcome” if they say “have a nice day” smile and tell them the same, IT’S NOT THAT HARD!!! I have worked in customer service for over 30 years. I get that people are difficult, which is why when you get someone that’s being kind to you, you should be kind in turn. If you can’t do that then perhaps find a job more suitable to your personality. Food was great! Service sucked and it’s sucks every time I go to this location. With that being said I don’t care how great the food was, I won’t be back!!!

I don’t know what kind of magic Wendy’s puts into their hamburgers, but every bite feels like I’m tasting the American Dream between two buns. The patty? Juicy enough to make a steakhouse jealous. The lettuce? So fresh it probably just clocked out of the garden. The service? Friendlier than your grandma offering you a second helping at Thanksgiving.

Every time I pull up, the food is hot, fresh, and somehow makes me feel like I’m winning at life. Honestly, if there were an Olympic event for hamburgers, Wendy’s would bring home the gold and the silver, just to prove a point.

And as if the food wasn’t enough, let’s talk about that drive-through—it sparkles like a red-carpet runway. Why? Because Baileee’s Complete was there making sure it looks as good as the food tastes.

I was in a pretty bad mood coming in, for no reason but still. As usual I come into Wendy's cause this location is the only Wendy's I'll enjoy or eat. When Abby with the blue eyes runs over and tell me I am pretty. Shout-out to her and she deserves all the raises, I was mentally torn after (tmi) my own mom called me ugly. Abby fixed me right up now I'm happy again! Thank you Abby and thank you Wendy's you all keep up the great work ♥️

Terrible place to go, and deff need better management, they for got my nuggets and when I went in to tell them after spending money on my meal, I got told I was lying by the manager, even though I had someone who checked the bag first who was with me and they noticed it first. Y'all need to listen to your customers better and not treat them terribly for your short comings.

Place has 0 customer service very rude anytime I go there for myself or doordash ack awkward and annoyed your there have had a doordash customer call corporate on them because they wouldn't replace the food they just gave out to a random dasher then this last time and the reason im leaving this they were rude and annoyed as always when I was there and they packed all the drinks one carrier one clearly not fitting so as im carrying that in one hand and the big bag in another one drink falls and when I go ask for a new one and offer to pay knowing how they are I didn't wanna get to angry when they told me id have to buy a new one and of course they made me pay for it place is awful and the only store ive had so many issues both dashing and getting my own food

First time being here, i wa down here for my state board cosmetology testing and stopped for food we placed a mobile order and we were missing food and a drink at first, we asked for the drink, went out to the car and realized my food wasn’t in there, i was expecting them to be annoyed so just went inside to go buy it, ended up giving to me with no fight or anything, wish i got the dudes name who helped me, he was great, funny, perfect for a cashier and very lovely to meet

I have ordered the apple pecan chicken salad for years.
This past week I ordered it and it tasted a bit bitter, today I went again figured the other day it was just a fluke. Not only did it tast a bit off but also was in a small container!! And at the same price of earlier this week $ 9:49!!
Nope, I won't go there again!!

My fiance and I ended up getting coupons in the mail this morning so we decided to treat ourselves to some baconator fries. We went through the drive thru for our order and presented our coupon at the window. While waiting for them to put the coupon in the system I'm assuming the manager came up to the window and YELLED at us to tell them about the coupon at the speaker and slammed the window closed. I wouldnt have had a problem with it if she didn't give us additude for a thing that took them at most a minute to put through the system. For some more context whenever we used a coupon they never said anything about informing them about the coupon at the speaker. They would take it, put it through the system and then we would pay for our food and leave.
