My fiance and I ended up getting coupons in the mail this morning so we decided to treat ourselves to some baconator fries. We went through the drive thru for our order and presented our coupon at the window. While waiting for them to put the coupon in the system I'm assuming the manager came up to the window and YELLED at us to tell them about the coupon at the speaker and slammed the window closed. I wouldnt have had a problem with it if she didn't give us additude for a thing that took them at most a minute to put through the system. For some more context whenever we used a coupon they never said anything about informing them about the coupon at the speaker. They would take it, put it through the system and then we would pay for our food and leave.

I ordered food through the Wendy’s app for the first time and that was quick and easy! Anyways I’m not the one to leave reviews but after what happened today im disappointed. The reason I’m leaving a review on 1/29/25 is because around 4pm or so is when I pulled up to speaker the lady seemed stressed or just had an attitude.. she said “I cant hear you” in a rude ass way and so I spoke up even though I felt like I was yelling and proceeded to pull forward and when I get to the window she didnt greeted me or anything she just pushed my drink in my hand closed the window and then handed me my food a few seconds later and never said anything which is honestly rude asf in my opinion to do to a customer especially if you want them to come back so I just pulled away because I was done and there was other cars behind me. She didn’t greet me, smile, nothing so to me she seemed like she didn’t care and/or didn’t want to be there.. so idk if she was having an off day or what but her attitude makes me not want to go back. I get home to eat my food and my French fries and lemonade were delicious but my jr bacon cheeseburger and chicken nuggets were not good I couldn’t finish them. My chicken nuggets had a very weird chewy texture and weren’t done in the middle and my bacon cheeseburger had 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on it, didn’t have much taste, and 1 piece of lettuce that didn’t look good to eat so I gave the rest to my dogs. I normally tend to have an okay experience here but not today. I will not be going back for awhile!☹️ I didn’t get pics of the chicken nuggets but I got some of the lettuce and bacon.

Tonight, my husband and I ordered via the app and we both choose Lime Powerade as a drink, since it's no longer available in stores we were excited to have it. As soon as I took a sip, it tasted like mold. I asked my husband to try his and he had the same reaction.... I told the woman at the drive through and first she asked me to repeat myself and then she said "well it came straight from the machine" to which I told her "I thought you should know" and she said "oh that's ok, have a great day!" And closed the window... yikes!!

A service could be a little bit faster especially in the Drive-Thru sometimes the food is cold to pay for it but I always get the five-dollar baggie

As with most fast food these days. It really is hit or miss with this location. I have had amazing food(realitivly speaking) where everything is perfectly prepared and other days where the food looks like it was prepared the day before. I would say this particular Wendy's has more good days than bad, though. The drive thru is also difficult to exit.

gave a star bc I had to. Lobby was locked and I got stuck sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins before I was acknowledged. As a doordasher this really stinks as my time is my money. Also, the attitude that I got from the manager on shift was absolutely outrageous. I visited the store on 8/26 And I know Wendy’s corporate doesn’t really care. I thought I would just let everybody else know. The manager on shift will treat you like crap just for being a customer.
