I highly recommend eating at Chonco Pearl. The staff was so friendly. The food was amazing. My only complaint is that it was so good I couldn't stop eating and i am soooo full.

Owner greeted us and was so informative. We had outstanding food. The shrimp and red chili for lunch. The jalapeí±o coleslaw was delicious too. We've stopped in twice before and always had delicious BBQ food.

Sunday afternoon and very understaffed. Only noticed one server and the manager had to take our table. Poor girls were being over worked and missing many cues because of it. Had to wait forever for our food. Everything but one dish, came out cold. Ugh. Enchilada dishes were very dry and had maybe a TBS of cheese on top...?? The Squealer Mac came out so piping hot, like they shoved it in the microwave before running our food, turning the noodles into mush. Shrimp tacos were cold and tasted weird. No bbq or any sauces on the tables and seemed confused when I asked for options. Shared the Tabasco sauce with another table The two girls seemed pretty knowledgeable about the menu and did their job by trying to up sell and inviting us back. I was with a bunch of family and wasn't going to bother making a scene by complaining. Second time here and won't be back. With a great location, this place should be getting heavier traffic and popping, but it's always empty and my two experiences tells me why.

Owner greeted us on this snowy, cold winter day. This BBQ place is amazing. We had the red chili and the shrimp with jalapeí±o coleslaw. It hit the spot. The building was so clean, very friendly staff and the food outstanding. We will be joining the Margarita Club too!!! They will be adding more Tex/Mex items to the menu too. We'll be back real soon.

The entire staff and the owner, Michael, were very friendly and provided great service! Their drink menu is impressive and the drinks taste great! The food is fabulous as well!

Overall poor experience. First we waited 40 minutes for our appetizer, during which our server was MIA so we couldn't even order drinks. When we finally got our food, all of it was cold. Chicken tacos were tasteless, salmon was clearly just frozen salmon they microwaved and over cooked, and the mac&cheese was just plain noodles with some melted shredded cheese on top. We also got a side salad with one of our meals that was a heaping pile of lettuce with one single slice of bell pepper??? Definitely not what was advertised as a side salad in their menu. And our server didn't even seem to care about any of it, she was actually avoiding our table as she could see how frustrated we were. Very disappointed.

My boys and I had a good meal, late lunch! Definitely will go back. Pretty good service. I had the brown sugar smoked salmon, it was delicious. The boneless wings were lacking a bit in size for $7, but were tasty too. Ordered the snickers cheese cake, that was killer.

I've had the opportunity to eat at this location twice for dinner and three times for lunch. During my first four visits I/we found the food to be fair, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately on all of those visits the service, while friendly, was very poor. Food came out separately, slowly, and occasionally cold. On my most recent visit (today) I ordered a very simple lunch special. 15-20 minutes later nothing had been served. When something finally did arrive, the side bowl of chilli was cold and I was served a few chunks of chicken on a side plate to tide me over because the pulled chicken was "still a little pink". Seriously????! It's not as if this meal was early- I sat down at about 1230. Lastly- My Pepsi (Who wants Pepsi???) was flat and the table accessories were literally stuck to the table.

Loved the southern hospitality!! The service was great!! Fish and chips were absolutely amazing. Best around! Margarita's are great! Brisket and pulled pork were awesome! Cornbread was great also!

I love this place! The food is great and the people are so friendly. The beef brisket and sausage is so good! Everything is made from scratch not from a package like a chain restaurant. There is no place like this anywhere around here.

My family and I all loved this place! The is the best BBQ place in the area! The food was excellent, the nachos, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, even the side were great! Loved the Margarita too! Our server Robert was great and had us laughing all night, ask for him! It seems like everybody has a good time and loves to work there. The owner was nice too and asked how everything was, he said you come in as friends and go home as family.

Had the ghost burger and my fiance had the texas baker. Both were delicious! Waitress and staff were very nice! Wait times were not bad at all. At first the reviews made me hesitant.. but the food and hospitality definitely blew my mind. Absolutely will come back! Will recommend this restaurant to others.

Customer service is my biggest issue with any business. The customer is NOT always right but as a business the customer should always leave feeling the worker tried their hardest to please, even if they could not. I ordered my 4 year old chicken and mac and cheese. Not thinking the chicken came with bbq sauce, and I thought oh s**** I asked if they could bring her some ranch to hide my mistake and the waitress brought her new plain chicken and ranch! She was so happy and even said the chicken was better without ranch! Thank you!

We went for the all you can eat fish tonight... the fish was ok but I was very disappointed that I had to ask where are hush puppies were that cone with the meal! Only to find out they “ forgot to make the batter for them today”! The worse part was we weren't even offered anything in place of the hush puppies! I think if you are missing an item that comes with the meal they should offer a replacement item!!
