The person who took our order could have been nicer. In addition to that they forgot to give me my cup for iced tea when I had ordered that. I don’t think the person that too our order is a good fit for a cashier. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend. I won’t be returning

I have been waiting 30 minutes for my order. There are 5 lines of cars (approximately 30 cars waiting). Just not well run - does not compare to Lake Orion. It’s all management.

Ordered a Double butter burger deluxe and medium Dr Pepper. Woman at the speaker only recorded the burger, not the combo, when she read everything back to me. I corrected her and she said no problem we will fix it at the window. Received my soda, pulled ahead and waited for my meal. Once I got home I noticed I only had the burger. Called the restaurant, explained what happened, and was instructed they could only refund me for fries. I asked to speak to the manager who proceeded to argue with me the entire time, discrediting anything I said. Finally told me I could either drive back up for a refund on the fries, or get a coupon in the mail for a free fry. not the first time having issues here. Just go to the one on Sashabaw they are perfect every time.

Was helped at the counter by Zach and two people helping with the POS, and he was so polite and thorough. Food was great, and is cheaper than 5 Guys for a good burger.

They had a real good deal on their app. Buy one Burger basket get one free. Two burgers two fries two drinks just over $12. Food was good.
