They canceled our order tonight for no reason and didn't have the courtesy to call us. I'm still on hold after 20 minutes to speak to someone. NOT THE FIRST TIME. Jet's is much better.
Ordered a pizza an hour and a half ago… no one is answering the phone. My husband has been in the lobby, no one greeted him, he’s just watching a guy doing nothing but ignoring the phone.
Tried ordering online 3 times, would not go through. Called in order, got through process they then transferred me to store for ordering number and no one answered. I don't know if I'm getting a pizza or not, and they have my credit card number.
