I have been to this Dominos a few times in my life. They’ve recently got a new General Manager and she is doing a wonderful job. They are really on their top game. The food is always hot and ready. Whether you’re walking in or getting it delivered they will take great care of you. The employees are very sweet and approachable, even while waiting in the restaurant their hospitality is unlike any other pizza place i have been too. They make it a very enjoyable experience.I will always get my pizza here and if you’ve made it this far i highly recommend you do too. It’s worth the visit.

Got a pasta and there is little to no sauce. Like eating dry noodles. So I go back and ask nicely for sauce, I will pay for it. He says the way the system works they can't do that. Unreal. A pasta with no sauce for almost $10. A reminder of why I don't go there.

I recently had an amazing experience at Domino's Pizza! The service was top-notch, and the general manager (Andrea) was a pleasure to work with. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire experience enjoyable. Not to mention, the food was delicious! I highly recommend Domino's Pizza for a fantastic meal and exceptional service. After placing an order online, I called the store directly to request “extra extra sauce” on my pizza. There is no option to add “extra extra” on the app, and this is the only way I like my pizza. The last time I ordered, extra sauce wasn’t nearly enough. The manager informed me this was not possible due to company policy / cost. I asked if she could just add a little extra and she said no. I asked if could pay for a separate sauce cup and she could add on the pizza and she said no. I verified “So I cannot order my food the way I like it?” I found this very odd and anti-customer, because all other pizzas chains (Howie’s, Jet’s, etc) offer extra extra sauce. When I asked to cancel my order since I would not be getting my food the way I like, the manager told me that seemed “unnecessary” in a very snarky tone and proceeded to mock me about the amount of sauce I like. When I told her I’d let corporate know about this poor experience, she told me all emails get directed back to the store, so she’d be calling me right back. Again very sarcastic tone. Can’t remember the last time I received such poor customer service. Won’t ever order here again.

Everything you get here is skimpy and overpriced. Barely any sauce and 3 small pieces of chicken on a pasta dish for $9... We got it once more for a fair shot and it was so disappointing just like we remembered. Also forgot our pop.

Ordered pizza in line, estimated time would be 15-20 mins took me 20 mins to get there. The man in front of me asked about his pickup and was told it was being made the guy said it’s been 20 already. He was nice about how he asked the employee just yelled at him. Then rudely asked be what I needed and I stated I was afraid to ask. Once I did I was told it’s 20 for you to. So rude. When I picked my pizza up he basically shoved it at me and stated to many people are ordering pizza. Seriously it’s Friday night and pizza is half off. What do you expect. This was the second time I ordered from here. Last time there was no sale and it was a weekday. Still the employees were rude. My kids buy here all the time and say they are always rude to customers. Do better Dominos.
