Dunkin’ has good donuts and coffee but lacks consistency. It seems every time you go even if you order the same thing it is different every time.

Best dunkin by far! I’m in oxford leadership class at OHS and I called dunkin asking if they would be willing to donate hot chocolate for the elementary schools and they said yes right away! Anthony- the manager was so nice and super understanding with everything! Him and the dunkin team are really making these kids month!!

Horribly rude service. My husband drove there with our baby in the morning to surprise me with a coffee and the woman working the drive through berated him for not knowing what “flavors” are currently available. He asked her four times while I was on the phone and she told him to read the menu outside and would not answer him. She went back and fourth arguing with him for absolutely no reason at all. I understand people have bad days, but my goodness isn’t this your job? So disappointed, I’ve been going here for years along my family and friends. Il be sure to tell them all how they are treating customers now.

Terrible rude service. Asked a question at the drive thru multiple times to just get an ok. As I was putting my credit card away the lady was rolling her eyes at me and there wasn’t even a line behind me. So rude that I will never go back.

Save yourself time and frustration and just go to Tim Hortons, or any other Dunkin in the area. I stop by here fairly regularly and it's terrible.
This store is ran by kinds who just can't get it together. Orders are always wrong. Food is consistently prepared wrong or served Cold/Frozen. They'll often forget your order all together, and the wait is unreasonable. Just go elsewhere
