Called at 9 to place an order and they said they turned their ovens off already. They close at 10. Went to the one in lake Orion who would take my order an HOUR before close.

Just tried to place an order at 9:13 pm, store closes at 10 pm. We were told they'd turned off the ovens and couldn't make anything else for the night. This seems to be a common occurrence based on the reviews. Make the drive to the Lake Orion store, always polite and happy to sell pizza.

Mason is literally the greatest! He always has a smile on his face. ensures my order is correct and treats the customers and his coworkers with respect. I would give 10☆s if I could. Also, he told me about the Garlic cream cheese for the bread sticks...omg 💯 top notch🤤

This location is normally pretty good. However in the recent past there's been three different incidents of my order being wrong, or dropped on the floor! Today I went into the store and ordered a deep dish at the counter somehow I ended up with a regular pizza that no one could find. The only adult in the building came to the register with the worst attitude in the world. He may as well have stayed in the back because he only made things worse. He did not care to help or to remedy the situation he just had an attitude as if I'd done something wrong. My family spends money at this location every Friday for over the last probably 3 years. But we will no longer. Since the quality of the staff is so low there is no reason for me to keep giving these people my money. Something has to be done if this location is to continue to be successful. They need to pay attention, and focus.

Definitely a miss tonight. Ordered online stuffed crazy crust and ICB. The ICB was old and tasted reheated. Pizza wasn’t crazy crust and was overdone.

We came recently for a hot and ready which they did not have. So we ordered and waited about 19 minutes while they made it. No biggie.
However I was taking photos while we waited and was threatened by the staff for taking the photos.
There were things said I can't repeat here but needless to say we will all never be coming back here again.

I know when ordering through door dash the people at the restaurant have little control, however we called to see if the rest of our order was still there as we were missing some things. We were told no, in a very rude and disrespectful way. Then got hung up on by the employee only to get a call back by the”GM” who was equally as rude. Worst customer service I’ve literally ever witnessed.

Came in for a quick za for the fam and was hoping on an extra most bestest because it has better pepperoni coverage. They only had hot and readys available. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised with the pepperoni coverage on the hot and ready. Keep up the great work guys!
