I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-through for my order. I get that you were busy or possibly understaffed, so the wait itself isn’t really the issue. What’s frustrating, however, is receiving food that was clearly subpar after that wait. The fries were cold and soggy, the buns were stale, and the meat was very dry and clearly not fresh. Overall, the food felt old. Given how expensive everything has become, it’s disappointing to consistently receive food of this quality. Issues like fries sitting too long in the fry catcher—resulting in soggy or undercooked batches—or buns being left open and served stale, along with meat that’s clearly been sitting too long, are things that seem easily preventable. Unfortunately, these problems appear to be happening often. It also feels like the fries are sometimes topped off with fresh ones while older fries are left at the bottom instead of being thrown out.
Also, thank you to the people working the windows and taking orders. For as busy as it was, everyone I interacted with was polite, pleasant, and friendly.

I guess you would say I am considered a regular at this specific restaurant. I have been here to eat inside, gone to the drive-thru, and have also picked up DoorDash here. 5 starts across the board. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere.The employees are very pleasant and respectful, all the way down to their maintenance man. Each week, I see him power washing, landscaping, and keeping the restaurant very clean inside and out. McDonald’s has great food, but this McDonald’s is a step above. Definitely One of the best in the area. Highly recommend.

Employees are friendly, food is average, and they get orders wrong a lot. Interior is constantly dirty, bathroom destroyed. Prior to covid, this place was run pretty well. Has gone downhill, please, pretty please hire someone to only keep the dining room tidy and the bathrooms clean. Needs professional intervention.

I always get a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce. There is literally one piece of bacon if you can even consider it one piece. And no extra breakfast sauce.
