I understand dinner is a very difficult and busy time. But this was completely unacceptable. Told them about 3 times at the counter for well-done fries. And still received fries that were not crispy and what was asked for. Not to mention how long we had to wait for our food. It looks to become a habit of a lot of workers here to be drive-thru focused, and prefer not to even pay attention to the lobby. On another topic, apparently people cannot listen and do what they’re told by who’s running. I heard this man loud and clear state that he needed this female employee to come up to the front and help in lobby. When she didn’t, he proceeded to tell her to drop everything she’s doing to come up front. When I tell you I see this girl come up front only 10 minutes later! I was in disbelief. We had to leave the store because we waited 12 minutes for these fries to be redone, and was now in a hurry. We never got the fries, we felt incredibly neglected by this shift. I have worked at this McDonald’s before being transferred for a day. And NO ONE should EVER be that slow, inconsiderate, and then not even take courtesy to make sure the order was redone hastily. Worst service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s and will not be coming back.

Other McD's should be trained by this McD's staff. They are fast, curtious, and friendly, and the food is up to par with McD's quality. Their drive through runs extremely efficient, better than anyone I've been to. Fantastic for a McD's level food experience.

I was the third car in the drive-thru. I have never in my life waited so long for fast food in a drive-thru--30 mins total and the food was nasty and ice cold when we finally got it. Just wanted to commend you for doing this so poorly; it was so so gross.

Arrived at drive threw with two in front of me. I ordered two cheeseburger meal no onions or pickles. Given drink and asked to pull to window 3. 9 minutes later after several people behind get food/leave. A worker comes to the window with my order. Hurry back to work only to discover a single cheeseburger, and cold salt soaked Fry's. Sticker/receipt were correct. FML

This place is terrible. I ordered 2 McChickens with NO Lettuce.....Yet this time AND every time I go there they always put the chicken on. I mean how ignorant and imbecilic do you have to be to actually work harder to get it wrong? On top of that, had to wait 10 minutes in their new no accountability lane so they can clear their alarms and don't get yelled at from corporate....And you cretins want more per hour. Fire them all and hire immigrants, least it'll get done. Tired of this. Better off stopping in Lake Orion or go to Lapeer.
