Went there for some drinks. Nothing crazy. The place was basically empty and there was barely anyone there. The drink were good. Definitely reccomend it for a quick stop. Kassie was our server and she was really sweet. The restaurant was super cute too. Definitely worth checking out. ❤️

Best thing about Mero mero is the atmosphere. To the owners, please go eat at snap taco and make improvements from there. Every time I’ve ordered street tacos the corn shells has been uncooked. I’ve had to take them home and remake them all three times I’ve gone here.

Their food is so good. I came here on vacation with family early last week. The food was perfect. I had the enchilada and tamale I believe and they were perfect. I totally reccomend coming here if you're from the sweet town of Oxford or if you're around or in Oxford for a nice vacation.

Excellent food and service. Wife and daughter had the steak and vegetables fajitas for two. Very large portions. The tamales are homemade and excellent. Drove a half hour and it was worth it.

This cute little restaurant is seated in the heart of Oxford. There is an outdoor bar where you can relax and have a drink with friends when the weather is nice. The drinks are well made with a variety of solid and surprising options. The chips and crisp and the salsa flavorful. The tacos may not look particularly special, but they come out hot and taste great. Finally, our hostess was attentive and got our orders to us quickly. Would definitely recommend to a friend for happy hour or dinner with friends/family.

The food has improved a lot! And the margaritas and cocktails were very good. We will be coming back.

What a nice place to discover tucked behind the bar off main street. Located right by the park, this place has a sneaky good location. Large garage doors open up to the courtyard.
A nice beer selection and a variety of margaritas to choose from.
They have a lot of food options from street tacos, fajitas, and burritos. I got a combination with Enchiladas, a wet burrito, and a soft taco. Everything was very filling with great flavor.
Service was great, attentive, friendly.
Can't wait to make this a stop on the way home this summer.

Stopped in but was to cold inside to sit down and eat.
Love coming to eat here! But. Only in the summer. It's so cold in there during winter months. Freeeezing. Bring a hat and gloves to enjoy your fajitas!!!
I ordered two ala carte tacos, one carne asada, which was completely flavorless, and a shrimp taco, which had exactly 3 very small shrimp in it. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. I highly recommend Snap Taco south on Lapeer Road if you want good Mexican fare.

Dear Casa Real, I'm sorry I didn't order my carryout from you. I will not make this mistake again. Dear Mero Mero, we were so excited to order from your menu, we ordered simple and I guess we expected too much. The Carne Asada Tacos we ordered with just cheese. Total rip-off. Please add some spices to the water you marinade your steak in. It made us sad. Pricing on these tacos - quality wise, warrants a charge of $1.00. I'm being generous. Next up, the Chicken Taquitos. This looked so good. We were excited that despite the tacos depressing us, this would redeem you. It did not. Was it because they were carryout that they were horribly soggy? This is totally possible, maybe even likely. I recommend you put all toppings on the side for carryout orders. maybe that will help keep your taquitos crunchy. The chicken actually had flavor to it, and when you got a small bite of what was still decently crunchy with the chicken, it was really good. This is why I gave you 1 star. The sogginess ruined it unfortunately. So again, I recommend putting all toppings on the side for carry-out orders. Last item was the enchilada with cheese and ground beef. Apparently, this had decent flavor and it's recipient said they would order again. Another reason you get 1 star. Overall, everything was ridiculously priced given the quality of what we received. Additionally, I see your sit down customers allegedly get complimentary chips and salsa. maybe consider giving your carry out orders chips and salsa. you're charging way too much without having to wait on carry-out customers, so I think it's the least you can do. I will say the staff seemed super nice. So you have that going for you - but man, I think personally it was ridiculous to locate yourself next to a way better Mexican food offering with better pricing for what they serve. Please note, I do not give this review lightly, but being of Mexican descent, the food slightly offended me.
