Walked up here and placed an order (6 subs, big family with teens) the young man and young lady were nice but the man with the red hair and beard (I believe is the manager?) threw the biggest tantrum and had the worst attitude and rushed us. Never coming here again. We'll continue to stick with Tubby's!

I usually don’t write reviews but I was disappointed about how the red haired manager was rushing us and not easy to communicate with I asked for a little bit of everything on it and proceeded to put only veggies after I listed what meat I wanted, the other workers were very nice and out going one even complimented me on my shirt he was chill.

The service from the main sandwich maker and the cashier is always good. However, the manager guy with red hair is a problem. He is always in a bad mood and rushes me every single time even though i’m always the only customer in there. Makes me and the workers there uncomfortable it seems👎

i never leave reviews but the quality and service here is so inconsistent. i did a mobile order asking for more cucumbers and pickles and there were 4 slices of cucumber and no pickles at all. some of the employees are super great but other times i feel as though i am an inconvenience just by eating there.

Ordered on the app several times now and they must not be able to READ, my order has been wrong the last 3 times. Last time I went in there the male working acted like he hated his job, acted like it was a hassle when I told him what I didn't want on the sub. Terrible attitude, poor quality making the sandwich. They need new employees!

Trashhh foood I found a piece of hair in my food and I asked them what the price of a 12 inch sub would be and they never gave me a price Felt rushed to order and very rude customers
I like the Baja Chipotle chips. Editing my review from last time because it makes me uncomfortable that the last two times I went in there I had a child serving me. This boy was probably about 12 and definitely doesn't look very um... Tidy....

The second my daughter and I walked in the door we felt like we INVADED THEIR SPACE. Zero hospitality, no patience, never smiled, pushing me like I'm supposed to know the BS MENUE.
VEGGIES looked like they died 48 hr ago and still ask for a tip.
As a business owner myself I would be DONE with employees like that.
Never going there again.
Seems to be the norm with multiple businesses in this community and will be supporting the smaller MOM AND POP JOINTS from now on.
I've never felt so UNWELCOME in a business and will be sharing my thoughts with my customers.

Shout out to the workers at subway. Ordered a foot long for my kids to split they cut it in half without me asking, it's the little things. Great customer service. Tipped 10% because they deserved it. Hope they got the full amount pre tax !!!

The 2 girls that were there today 07/01/2024 at 8:24 pm. Had really bad attitude and were throwing the food around without any care….I only got 3 cucumbers in a foot long size sub! They were throwing the subs in the bag! If they don’t feel like working they shouldn’t be there! Horrible experience will NOT go there again! And I will tell everyone I know, my bad experience!

We tried to use the app for BOGO 50 percent off but it wouldn't work. We gave up and went in and asked if we could just show them the promo, absolutely NOT, app only. Then they said it ended the day before. Miraculously the app started working (inside the store) so I sent it. My husband asked for very little mayo (got none) and I asked for ranch...no problem! Totally ignored what we just asked and went by what what we had on the app. The meat was about half of what we get at other subways, very dry and in pieces (both Philly's), the other toppings were sparse. The staff was nice enough, but I was standing literally in front of them making the changes which for whatever reason they refused to accommodate. I shouldn't have to check the bag before I leave, I really regret giving them a tip...

Everyone here is great, they provide great customer service & take their time making the food right, but EVERY TIME Justin is working he is so extremely rude to not only to the customers, but his own coworkers. Constantly hassling them on things that are not necessary, giving attitude & demanding responsibility that is not theirs to hold, in front of the customers. I have been in this area for many years, i've seen employees in & out of this location & every time i see a coworker working with him, they look miserable, & apologize to me behind his back for the experience & way he talks to people. Hopefully management does something about this soon because i will walk out next time he's in there. Not to mention the work environment it creates for other employees.
