The people are fine, but they stopped serving breakfast at this location, which was pretty much my only reason for coming here.

Slow, always slow. We come here outside of the dinner rush and it's still super slow. If you are boarding and enjoy sitting in lines this is the place to be. I am writing this while sitting in there line right now. I feel I could write an entire book in how long it takes to get to the window.

Waited a long time for order just for my burrito to have no beef and rice instead?!

Music is louder than a concert here, employees standing around, place is gross and messy. Everytime im here I have to wait forever. Newer place and one of the worst.

Slowest Taco Bell on the planet. I’m not exaggerating.

I got here at 10:03 tonight. I’m still in the drive thru. It’s 10:49.

This isn’t the first time, either. This has to be the most poorly run Taco Bell in the state. It’s absolutely bonkers.

10:58. Still waiting at the window. Watching 4 inside orders get their food first before they prep any drive thru.

11:05.. 5 orders to the front counter with no one working on drive thru orders.

I can’t wait to see this location shuttered.

This Taco Bell is like the Bermuda Triangle of fast food because ordered items go in, but they never come out. Every single visit is a gamble. Sometimes my cinnamon twists vanish, sometimes they give my burrito a sour cream bath even though I said “no sour cream” like five times. It’s like they’ve got a wheel in the back labeled “What will we mess up today?” and spin it for fun. Honestly, this location is undefeated… at being defeated. I wish the Lake Orion location was closer but as Taco Bell has taught me, we can’t have it all… not even if you’re paying for it.

Going through the drive thru is freaking terrible every time. Understaffed high school kids doesn’t make for a successful restaurant.

This place is seriously the best. I’ve been seeing a lot of negative reviews and am confused because I come here at least once a week and have never had an issue. The food is always fresh, the workers are friendly, and it keeps me coming back every time.

I had an online order and I tried to go inside to pick it up, but the lobby was closed, which was no big deal so went to the drive thru, which we waited in for over 30 minutes, as we were waiting, no one was at the speaker taking orders while there was a worker out back smoking. My food was also cold by the time I got it.

Waited in the drive thru for 40+ minutes. Not worth the time to come to this location. Go sit down somewhere and get better food faster. There were plenty of employees in the store (5 that I could see), I don't know how many were actually working. I don't know who runs this location, but you should probably pay people who actually work. By the time we got to the window they had forgotten what we ordered.

I never care so much for the time you have to wait in line, the 30 mins for two cars in front of me, but they made my food and replaced the 5 layer burrito with a hard shell taco. When I called they didn’t know how to respond so I just asked her to make me a new one. I just had surgery, so I’m out of a job at the moment to find out that I have to drive 15 mins back to Taco Bell and they are expensive and so is my gas. So I got to the speaker and the woman working was yelling as if I was trying to get the whole box replaced all I wanted was my 5 layer burrito that comes in the $7 box. When I got to the window I asked, for the inconvenience could I get a drink? The boy said he had to ask. I was approached by another employee who was a male seeming to have an attitude and telling me how the manager has to yell because she is at the other end of the restaurant. Then offered a small drink and said they mess up all the time. I just don’t care for how I was treated and I shouldn’t have had to drive 15 mins back because they messed up my food for a negative response when I’m trying to get what I paid for.
